“OK, this small motel is actually great! It's unorthodox--you have to check in at the Amoco gas station, which is just across the parking lot--and there is nothing fancy. But our room with 2 double beds was spacious, very clean, the a/c was working great on a very hot day, it had a small fridge and the bathroom was spotless. No lobby, no extra amenities, but a very reasonably priced clean room. And, the town of Barnesville is cute, with a couple of fun small stores and bars. And the nearby gas station convenience store with attached DQ was a plus. This is the kind of unpretentious spot you hope to find on a road trip traveling through small towns--clean, cheap and comfortable. Loved! (stayed here late Aug '23)”
