It is very hard to contact management at this gym. Was able to go while visiting my friend. Has plenty of cardio (treadmill, elliptical, bike) small area for free weights, squat rack, smith machine and a handful of machines. Can get what you need for a workout!

Came two different days to get a membership during the short amount of time it says “staffed hours” on the front door. Only to find the doors locked each time. Going to get a membership in Moorhead if this place wastes my time the third try. ?

I have lived in Barnesville for 8 years and have attempted over and over again to try and talk with someone to get a membership. the only way to get a hold of anyone is to call the number and leave a message for them to return the call on their own time, of which they have none. this year alone I have called 6 times and have yet to receive any communication. the person who owns this location has no interest in customer service.

I am giving the establishment a zero stars. They are a rip off. Watch what you sign with them. They increased my membership cost from 36.99 to 41.99 without any written notice and then charged an additional 30.00 for club enhancement after I cancelled my membership.. Hope that the fail in a small town.

I have fulfilled my contract with signing the required paperwork. I have been charged for the past two months because of miscommunications between the Moorhead and Barnesville location. I’m sure they will try to take out money again next month. I’ve called the Barnesville location 5 different days, left two voicemails, messaged twice, and emailed twice. No response, but someone has enough time to make posts on this page instead?

0 Stars here!!!!! Maybe this is what you get when dealing with a franchise but this was honestly the absolute worst customer experience of all time! My dealings were with the regional manager, Micky (Whom manages all of Fargo, Mhd, Dilworth and Barnesville.
