We rented the Defender Side by Side with heat and air conditioning for four days to ride the trails and enjoy the fall colors. We didn’t have any issues with the machine. It was awesome. The unit was clean inside and outside. The staff and Owner were great to work with. We’d rent from them again when we’re in the area. For the last nine years we’ve rented Side by Sides for our family 4 wheeling trips, and this was the best machine we’ve ever rented. Thank you Lossings for a wonderful time creating more family memories!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! We worked with Derek to rent a SxS, and from start to finish it was a phenomenal experience! He answered all our questions before heading out and was prompt to respond to our texts and calls with questions while on the trails.
Lossings Powersports will exclusively be our "go to" anytime we are in the area. With how beautiful the trails were hopefully that's much more often.

My wife and I rented a side by side for an afternoon. New to us. The people that helped us were amazing. They showed us the app, trail maps, safety was their main concern. We returned at 5pm on a Friday. I highly recommend this to everyone. Beautiful nature, scenic views. Saw a black bear cross the trail 1/8 mile ahead of us.

I read a number of other reviews and it sounds like if you don't have issues on the trail then this might be a good place to rent from. Unfortunately this was not our experience. We were really close to the end of the trail when we got a flat tire. We called the rental shop and let them know where we were and they said they would send some one out. there was no cell service so communication was hard, but we did find reception about a 1/4 mile from where we parked. About every half hour I walked back and called the shop to see if they needed more info on where we were or if someone was coming. We were 12 miles from the shop and after an hour and a half of being eaten alive by mosquitoes and horse fly's or deer fly's or whatever they were, some really awesome people came along and gave us bug spray and patched our tire and pumped it up. And then just as were pulling out someone from lossing's pulls up. I understand these things happen and they have no control over a tire going flat, but an hour and a half to come 12 miles seems a little excessive, especially when im calling asking if they need more info on my location, So we get back with no help from lossings, we're covered in mosquito bites, our schedule is now way off, and the first thing anyone can say to us is, did you guys buy the gas option, otherwise you need to go fill it up. I guess i would have expected maybe a "Sorry we left you hanging so long, don't worry about the gas" or some sort of apology or anything really. So like i said, if you don't have issues its probably fine, but if you do have issues good luck.

We rented a UTV from them for an afternoon. The service was just outstanding! They were friendly, helpful, and really went above and beyond to help out, all with a ‘it’s no big deal’ attitude. Thank you again!
