“Edit: I would like to change my review. US Bank contacted me immediately after posting the review. Their customer service was great every step of the way. I spoke to three representatives before one was able to call me back and tell me they were going to honor the bonus. I will be a customer of US Bank again, I just wouldn’t use the Babbitt or Virginia branches due to poor management and poor customer resolution.I was sent a flyer that if I opened a small business account and deposited $3,000 within 30 days and enrolled in online banking within 60 days, I would get a $300 bonus. I worked directly with one of the employees to create the account and get all of the information. I specifically asked if the funds needed to be in there for a particular amount of time and the staff member told me no. I qualified for the bonus and could spend the funds once they transferred. I waited 3 weeks until the funds transferred and then I find out that the money was supposed to be in there for 60 days. US Bank chose not to honor the bonus despite their employee giving me false information. Ultimately closed both my business account and my personal account after being a customer for over 10 years.”
