Food - sometimes available during morning, but their advertised items aren't available.Pumps - sometimes breaks down or out of order, credit card sometimes works.Car wash - sat for 10 minutes (with no car in the wash) after paying $13 for their top tier wash, but it did not provide undercarriage & tire cleaning as stated

This particular store is not as good as mostCasey's that I patronize. They were out of the free item just before Christmas, and would not substitute. Then, yesterday, I stopped in for UNL88 fuel which is required for my government vehicle, and the pumps weren't working. The manager apologized, and claimed he has reported the issue 15 times!
Parking: The parking in front of the store is too close to the filling islands.

Anybody that lives in or around Avon will agree with this; up until a recent change in management and many, many people let go, the customer service was LITERALLY the worst I can think of. In my life. I've worked for 20 years in customer service. Painfully bad, to the point where customers were often visibly perturbed while the staff seemed largely apathetic.The worst ever.HOWEVER,They have new management, basically a new staff, and as a result now I *look forward* to going there.If in the past you were completely flabbergasted by how ridiculously bad this store was, then you should know that it's actually a good place to go now.

Stopped last week on the road, can't give a deal at 9:45 pm because (it's stealing) closes at 10 pm from the company to buy dried out food that's getting thrown away anyway. Stop tonight after a very long day working, nothing ready, nothing in the warmer, at 9 p.m. ( they got slammed) according to a kid working. Make up your mind. Want business, don't care, or costumers don't matter. Can't stop for breakfast because I personally witnessed food hit the floor and then go into a container, then in the warmer. Get your business straight, or let a company that cares take over.

They had no good pizza at 6:30 and their garbage can was full, that wouldn't have been a problem but I had to dispose of a propel bottle.

I stop by on my way home my kids were getting chips and guy making pizza made a comment of what are they stealing I did appreciate that never stopping here ever again.

LOVE their pizzas. We can order on our app and tell them when we'd like to pick up. Not like a pizzeria, but a close second for a C-store!
