The wonderful People at West Oakland Auto Repair helped me out when no other shop in Austin would. A minor breakdown had me stranded at 5pm on a Friday. After calling several places (with the help of a kind employee of autozone), West Oakland said they would get me in. They quickly diagnosed a bad tensioner on my serpentine belt, sourced the part, and had me back on the road by 6pm. I couldn’t have been more thankful for their kindness. I had never been there before, but will return again!Services: General repairs & maintenance

Really great repair shop! We were traveling through town on our way to Iowa for a tournament when our brakes (we just had done elsewhere) went out. Everyone was super kind and quickly got us on our way within an hour. They were also really reasonably priced! Bonus points they had a very cute shop dog.

An amazing family business who will go out of their way to help with car repairs or even unexpected events. We were very happy with all of their work especially with Saturday hours when you have something happen like a tire issue. Thank you!!

Terrible service. They incorrectly did a wheel alignment and when I came back the next day they said i would have to pay for another alignment. Just stick with Firestone and reputable companies for your mechanical needsService: Wheel alignment

They helped me when I had an issue on a long road trip. I was super stressed but they were very kind and put me at ease and fixed my issue efficiently and affordably. Can't say enough good things about these guys! Everyone is so courteous and helpful. Went in to make an appointment for an oil change and they were able to get it done right away. Always a pleasure having our vehicles worked on. Very informative and priced great! Telling everyone about them! Great reliable people.
