Stopped on a cross country road trip. Windshield washer fluid wasn’t coming out. Walked in, they showed us the problem, had it fixed and gave us a free carwash voucher in about an hour.

The staff is all very friendly and trustworthy! Quick turnaround. We live 30 miles from Austin and it’s worth the drive to have our car cared for by the mechanic’s at Wangen’s Automotive. Exceptional service, done right! Highly recommend!

Very prompt and curious service. They can change your wiper blades or rebuild your engine and everything in between. Remember that the best used car is the one you are driving.

I usually dont write reviews. Traveling from out of state with a breakdown is never cool.....but Jimmy and the crew were great. Fast, reasonable repair. Wish you guys were closer to home for all our needs. You guys rock!! And our Dodge Durango thanks you!!

I was so appreciative that they were able to squeeze me in the same day to check why the seatbelt chime in my car wouldn't shut off so I wouldn't go absolutely insane driving out of town for the weekend.
Jimmy was really great telling me what he was doing and explaining possible issues. Best of all he was able to get it to stop chiming. It ended up being an easy fix, which I expected I'd still have to pay a ton of money, but they were more than fair and I am so grateful for that. I'd totally trust them to be fair and honest to all customers. Thanks so much.

My truck died at the truck stop in Austin MN. I left it behind and the next day I called. They were great, they went to truck stop and the truck had cooled off and it started and ran. He wanted to charge me $20. I told him $40. Great experience.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Wangen is the best automotive shop I have ever done business with! Truly, these guys went out of their way on a Friday afternoon to fix our alternator after it died on the interstate.
