WOW! My wife and I were in tonight and Andrea helped us at the window. We had a controlled substance to pick up so it needed a id verification. She actually asked for it!! And as my wife recently changed her address she had a temporary paper that was asked for as well!! Our prescription was protected because they did their jobs 100% properly!! We were soon impressed!! Not very often do you run into this!! And they were so incredibly friendly as well! Fast, efficient and friendly!! Great job guys!!

Worst experience! Was in town from Colorado taking care of mom. Unfortunately stay was longer than I had anticipated. The pharmacist who stated she was a pharmacist, was extremely RUDE! I needed a 5 day emergency refill for my meds. I had contacted my pharmacy in Colorado as well as my insurance company. I had done technically all the leg work. She informed me that she was way to busy to do it! Walgreens will never receive any of my business!

We just recently moved to Austin and after reading some reviews about this Walgreens I was very reluctant about transferring my prescriptions. I AM OVERJOYED I DID!!! The level of service and care I have received is truly amazing!!! Coming from a large city I am impressed at how quickly they are able to get things done here and that they provide individual care for each person that comes in. They care about they people they serve! If you think they are slow or don't get things done...go to a pharmacy in the cities...your ideas may change drastically!!! Because WOW!!!! I AM SOOOOO HAPPY!!!! THANK YOU GUYS SOOOO MUCH -ROXY

The pharmacist is super rude and snotty. Apparently she is too important to be asked about possible medication interactions but would rather drive home the point a specific medication is not recommended during pregnancy… as if this person is not already aware of this and is just taking this medication for funzees. Maybe she should find a job she enjoys instead of one where she feels compelled to mom-shame the neurodivergent customers.

I was just in getting some things printed from my phone and we had all kinds of issues but Chanel and kakach went so above and beyond they could have just told me that it wasn’t going to work, but they helped me download things onto my phone and did all kinds of things to make sure I left with what I needed printed! They were so helpful. I haven’t experience customer service like that in a while.

A typical Walgreens. They do not use both of the Rx drive thru lanes. One is a parking space for what I assume is an employee. Usually staffed pretty thin. Cleanliness is average.

The worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. They give you terrible customer service and they act like it’s an inconvenience to be using their pharmacy. I am switching pharmacies immediately. They have made it extremely difficult to get my medications after moving down here from the Cities. Just wow completely incompetent and rude. Also, there system doesn’t work with the Walgreens app.

I have been a longtime user at Walgreens but I am now done with them. The latest 3 incidents have taken me over the edge and I feel like 3 strikes and they are out. It mostly has to do with their computer system for drugs. I get a message that they need to contact my doctor and that never happens. I get a message that my prescription was denied by the insurance company because they tried billing them 3X the usual cost. I was notified of a prescription being ready but when I went to pick it up they wouldn't give it to me because I was taking 1 less pill (doctors order) than the prescription. I then got a message saying I needed to come in and pick it up. I did so and was again denied. I tried talking to the store manager but she didn't want to hear what I had to say and when I started talking about maybe using a different pharmacy she said have a good day and hung up.

The worst pharmacy in town . Sarah ignored me when trying to put in a prescription. When she finally helped she snatched my paper. She argued with me about my prescription then called the police. Never going back.

If you're going to last minute close your pharmacy, that would be nice to know before we make the half hour trip for SCHEDULED appointments that we have already gotten two confirmation messages for. Gas isn't cheap these days and those appointments were very important, especially during the middle of a pandemic, and giving us attitude because we weren't informed about the pharmacist not being there before our appointments was absolutely ridiculous, too. Thanks Wahlgreens.
