'Parts service' grumpy dude by the window at 10am lol .. couldn't help me much no respect so dont need to be giving 'you!' my money . but the dude in the pic with the car he's a cool dude. I don't know if I would go back but I do run into people at 'Parts Service' that have attitude .

Friendly and efficient service. Took care of my issues. They need more loaner cars ~ good grief! They wanted me to RENT a car while they figured out my service issue. There are plenty of service minded places around that take care of you better..

Got the run around and attitude from a Mark guy who claims is the boss. Simple recall and a tops 2 min job and Mark didn't want to stand behind the values of a respectable Chevrolet dealer.

Friends and family have had terrible experiences with customer service. Getting the sale is what matters the most. Continuous follow happens to get you back into the shop only to offer you the same deal you didn't accept the last time. Improvements needed before we would ever return. Changed our contact info to get follow ups to stop.

Bought a vehicle from them, not even a month into having the vehicle the alternator and battery went out and then called them and they refused to deal with the issue. Will not come back to this place. What a way to treat veterans.

Very Professional, but personable. They have the ability to get you what you want at a price bigger dealers won't touch. Ask for "Willie" He's been Over 30 yrs!
