Outstanding customer service! Friendly and quality all the way around. Scott did a great job and communicated to me, in detail, all that was done to my XR. As I was pulling in to pick up my bike, I got a low tire pressure warning on my truck. Upon inspection, I spotted a nail in my tire. I asked if they could repair it for me. Without hesitation, within minutes, they had my truck in the service bay and by the time I was finished paying for the service on my XR, my truck tire was also repaired. An absolute amazing company to do business with! Highly recommended!

Sat July 6th my wife and I were traveling on I-90 to Lacrosse Wisc. and I blew a front tire of my goldwing. No service guys were working, but the owners came through and saved the day for myself and wife to continue our trip..these guys are the best!!

Over the years, I have collected a building full of machinery from Trimble's...from a snowblower to a Gold WIng and everything in between. These are fantastic people to work with from sales to service. I live 250 miles away and they still earn my business, time after time. Keep up the excellent work, guys!

In 2017, I was doing a cross country trip on my Honda XR65L (I know it probably wasn't the best choice of bike) when the piston seal broke and leaked oil into the upper part of the engine, resulting in a seized engine. I was towed to Trimbles and was met by Scott, one of the owners. He was extremally professional and friendly. He went as far as to let me borrow his shop truck to get to a motel, while he checked out my bike. The engine needed a rebuild and the piston was shot. He mentioned it could be 6 days but he got it done it four. Engine was re-bored and a new piston was installed. I could not say thank you enough. The engine then went on to do about 8,000 miles over the course of those following 2 months, so its safe to say the work was done right.If you are looking for a family friendly dealer or a reliable place to take your bike, this is it.
