My partner and I have had a car wash membership since they opened in Austin. I’ve never had a bad experience with tidal wave. My car always comes clean. They have free vacuums and Interior spray. Jason is the assistant manager and he complimented my personalized license plate. It made my night. Just be sure to take off your car magnets, I forgot one day and I think my magnet fell off in the wash! Oops.

i informed the attendant at the booth , that there was ketchup on the white car; he said they would get it off.
I asked "if the ketchup doesn't come off, can i go through again"yeahYeah"
told the man that had the powerwasher where the ketchup was. went through, Still some small amout of ketchup,
wentaround back to first attendent.. "no you can't go through again, do you want me to power wash it off?" he sprayed for maybe 7 seconds..
guess what ? still small amout of ketchup. Waste of money. Came home and dawn soap and 4 seconds, cleaned up ketchup. fancy colored soap, subpar personal service. Will not return, Who knows over the up coming months and years how much business they loss from just one customer not returning
I asked for a manager, told not one there, call tomorrow.
not worth my time, they will not address the problem on site,

I got the Ceramic Sea Gloss ($28 w/ tax) for my GMC Yukon Denali and I'll say the front half of the car was very nice. For the back half I was extremely disappointed.We live on gavel so the car was fairly dusty. I had to wash the back by hand with the towels and spray by the vacuums, it was still completely covered in gravel dust. Certainly will not be going back.

Bad services have one vehicle vip washes.and tramission damage isn't drivable and they don't honor refund or add services to my mother vehicle.

This place is great. The staff are amazing always friendly. You get a great wash for a good price.

They do a good job, but they never spay down my truck rims. I always have to clean them myself after I get out of there.
