I love it because they make the cutest dog cakes. Otherwise, they really don't have much inventory for anything else, especially dog food. We have to shop elsewhere to get that.

My senior pit bull (a rescue) had what may have been her first-ever groom this a.m., and I could not be more pleased with the groomers at Pet Authority! They patiently walked me through the whole process, listened to everything I had to say about my dog's temperament and behaviors, and were able to complete the groom a lot more quickly than I expected. I was pretty anxious about how this might go, but staff were compassionate and lovely to work with every step of the way. ?

Had to cancel a grooming due to an emergency and instead of them understanding, they try and still charge me. Then they say they won't charge but I can't make any more appointments for my dog. Been going here 4 years and now you just lost all of my buisness. I try to support locals but not anymore. Very unprofessional.
