Go any where but here. You would be better off going to New Orleans to a witch doctor.

So frustrating!!! While making the appointment I was transfered 4 times, put on hold each time, a total of 26 minutes. Just to make the appointment! They told me to be sure I was at the clinic by 10!!! I was. Needed paperwork was not given to me. Doctor finally entered the room at 1039. Doctor left the room 1045. Vaccination administrated at 1053.

This hospital killed my mom. If your loved one is admitted here fight for them to be transferred. Nurses said her symptoms were behavioral, wouldn't listen to multiple family members, very dismissive of concerns, doctors and nurses lied to long distant family members telling them she was just fine. She died within a week. Advocate for your loved ones until you run out of breath. This hospital is awful.

Absolutely horrible today I went in for my pre-appointment check up and my nurse was super nice and everything but not so well for the doctor that operated on me . He didn’t even give me no pain killer or anything before trying to put a different tube on my wound it’s hurst so bad and it was horrible, I’m really disappointed with it .

Hard to schedule appointment by phone. I have been on the line for at least 20 minutes. I have flip phone and no internet.

Emily Majerus is a PAC who is NOT familiar with my mom at all. She decided out of the blue, for no reason other than she desires to combat certain medications, that she was going to reduce my mother's anxiety/depression medicines. She's taken weeks to refill, & now she's given her 20 pills to get through a month with 31 days, specifically stating she cannot refill until the 30th (10 days AFTER she runs out).My mother has been on these meds for YEARS, and she is elderly. She cannot sleep, she cannot eat, she cannot stand to be around anyone & can barely function thanks to Majerus's changes. She's called multiple times, only to be put off, and now told that her request for a different doctor could take 30 days & needs to be "approved" by Majerus, because that is their "policy."Majerus' nurse has also pushed (read, attempted to force) my mother into counseling for a recent loss, even after she's told them she's getting services at a location that is NOT Mayo-affiliated. She was also not looking to change her meds due to the recent loss, she just asked that they not be messed with, and once again, Majerus ignored her.We WILL be changing her doctors and the location, and I will be filing a complaint with the hospital & other review systems. You want to battle the war on certain drugs & reduce their use, fine, but don't start with an elderly Cancer-surviving woman who is on a low dosage (the same dosage that she has been on for YEARS) and is not struggling. Now, she's unable to function and her anxiety is telling her her Cancer has returned...which will lead to more tests, & of course, more money for Mayo because they won't treat her anxiety and depression with medication, but they would LOVE to charge her for a battery of tests & procedures to ensure that her Cancer hasn't returned.

Weather was not good this morning as we had a good snowfall last night. I travel from Iowa to come here. I got to my appointment 6 minutes late, they canceled my appointment and charged me $50

Nice fancy hospital. They make you wait for at least an hour for your appointment. Their urgent care is no longer and they make you schedule an appointment. I went there and theu said they were full for the day and made appointment for the next day..which is not what the same day clinic pamphlets say. Not impressed at all. I think this place is a little to big for their bridges.

What an absolute joke of patient care. I wouldn’t return here if I was dying, I think I would take my chances. Hope this staff gets some sensitivity training from HR

This place is amazing! The doctors are friendly, there's good service, and its a nice building. I've went here a lot, and they always give you the things that you need. They even gave me Tylenol when i had a migraine there! 5/5!

Absolutely unbelievable. I go in there with neurological symptoms (dizziness, tingling fingers, faint) and they treated me for nausea and sent me packing. Didn't even check my eyes...for a neurological complaint. Nope. Hard nope. Bedside manner was pretty good though!
