I've returned repeatedly never experienced anything different every employee is the same as the next helpful and friendly they won't just tell you where something is they will leave the counter and show you to what you are looking for. I stood in there for like fifteen minutes deciding on what lotto tickets I wanted and the cashier was patient and helpful the hole time laughing and cheerful I spent 150 on tickets most cashier's get irritated and impatient not at Hy-Vee gas station.
