If I could do negative stars I would. Truck was never completed when they said it would be, terrible communication. Never properly fixed ABS first time, complained and Gary said they would cover it for free.
Stopped in multiple times and called Gary multiple times for them to check on the ABS issue and was always told we don’t have time to hook a computer up to the truck for 5 minutes
Ok good I’ll let you fix your mistake, and while you’re at it I’ll have you do a few more things since you are fixing the issue.
Fast forward a week off and loosing out of 5-7k I get a call saying everything is done but they “ran out of time to finish one of the gauges” paid $3,000 plus for the work then he said oh I couldn’t wipe the labor away and couldn’t do anything about the parts…. Ok what happened to free of charge for the ABS stuff?!?!?!?
I understand for the extra things you did but the ABS stuff was suppose to be free. On top of that 3 weeks after having it back the ABS starts going on and off all the time, come to find out they used the wrong part instead of copying the ABS parts from the driver side. Has been a constant issue with the ABS since they had it.
Cruise light hasn’t worked since they had it.
Pick truck up multiple tons Ava each tons it was a mess and they never cleaned their mess or properly finished order things.
Told them to drill a whole in floor for a tarp switch and put that in my cup holder (never did that)
Messed up my air cleaner lights plugs so I had to get all new weather pack plugs.

Gary and the guys are good, I've taken my trucks there for years and never had any issues. They fix what needs to be fixed, like it should be. Highly recommend them.

Had them do a DOT inspection on 2 trucks and 4 trailers. Got what needed to be fixed and on my way.
