Last time I was to this one where their fountain pop is there was sticky stuff all over the floor the place was a mess and the employees are playing on their phones and I get to the check out and the and still on the phone texting had to wait for them to put it down to wait on me

My husband felt his car was damaged in the car wash (no damage before the wash, damage after the wash, KT says it wasn't the wash, but the damage appeared in the 8 minutes between when he left the wash and when he started taking pictures). Customer service wise, we were only offered a free car wash (no thanks), and 3/4 refund for the cost of the original car wash. I used to really like going to their locations in several states, unfortunately I don't intend to ever visit again. The goods and services are not worth the treatment received after this incident.

its a scam. they put a $100 hold at the pump if u use a debit card. they will lie and tell u its your bank. call your bank for the thruth. hyvee doesnt. stop by gas at kwik trip. its a scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
