Awesome! Lindsey Chapek is excellent, she did not give up until she was able to help me finance a Ford edge. Randi is also spectacular. I just moved to Iowa and this was the only dealer that didn't say NO to me. I recommend it 100%

I wanted to write this review as I was thoroughly impressed with Tim and Brad on my purchase.
From the initial email and email communications and negotiations, both Tim and Brand were awesome. It made the buying process simple and helped me become confident in purchasing a car online and out of market.
They shared photos and answered as many questions I threw at them all to build my confidence in the process.
This week, I flew up to Minneapolis to come down and complete the purchase. Since I'm a United guy, I couldn't fly into Rochester. No worries, they had it under control and had a driver ready to pick me up at the airport in a new Ford Edge. I enjoyed the 90 minute drive with the driver and arrived to both Tim, Brad and the owner Jonathan welcoming me when I opened the door. They provided me a tour of the facility that was under heavy construction and a overview of the plans and rendering as I was excited to see what the facility would look like when complete.
The purchase process was easy and quick. I was on my way in 60-90 minutes.
Thanks for your time and rebuilding my confidence in being able to communicate, negotiate and purchase a car on -line and via email. I'll be contacting you again in the future when I need a Ford or Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep or Ram...
