Advice: Do not bank with WF. They see people as numbers. This branch is ill-equipped, and "conducts business" like they are happy to drive away their customers. Get with a credit union. They will see you as a person.

last times i have visited i have been told that my transaction could have been done online, at an atm, etc. it's like the staff are trained to drive you away!! you can have 2 stars because a few tellers have been nice to interact with, but it is a pitiful level of customer support on average here.

Every single time I come to this branch it sucks!! The bankers are inexperienced and unable to help with very basic account requests. The managers walk around talking and acting busy but don't help. This is the third time and I won't be back. Gonto the White Bear Lake branch. They are fantastic!! I should have made the extra drive today!

Try calling the Arden Hills location to speak to someone... I dare you.Good luck, it's literally impossible.I had to drive in, just to ask a quick question about cashiers checks. What a joke.

They are the worst bank, while I was waiting for the banker, and I passed by her window and she was playing games on her phone! in about 20 minutes after, she called me up and asked me if I need a banker? I was like yeah! is the game over? And she said what? I told her never mind let’s do some business?That’s how they treat their customers???.

Every time I come here there’s 1 teller and 5+ people waiting to be helped. This is not normal. Please hire or schedule more people. Staff has always been great.

Great location, subpar service.Spoke with teller to close an account, was told to take a seat. Waited for 10 minutes before I was told that I can simply close my account on the phone and that I would have to wait an unknown amount of time to speak with a banker.In case it needs to be stated, there are many banking services that can be done online and over the phone that can also be done at the bank. The purpose of going to the bank is to do it in person and avoid technical issues associated with the phone and computer.Also, it seems as though the organization of bankers has to be nonexistent for there to be no established way for estimating wait time.

Came in at 4:30 to open a personal checking. Waited in line 15 minutes. Finally got to the only teller. She tells me I need to come back another day because they close at five. I said it’s not five. She got a manager. Manager said the same thing. I said I won’t be doing business with you then. She said that’s fine.

Wellsfargo is terrible. I have NEVER been charged so many outrageous fees anywhere else. Actually, to be truthful, this is the ONLY bank that made sure I was always in the hole or paying some type of fee. Things were just messed up, all the time.

Already a WF customer, I went in to open a new account with $30,000. That was at 2:45pm. There were five "account specialists" in their offices without customers, two chatting between themselves. At 2:50 we were told we could wait over an hour to open the account. (I guess this is because banks are always risking losing money on savings accounts?) The message was their very free time without customers is much more important that our time. Instead we decided to withdraw our money from WF and bank elsewhere.

I was told I have to go into the bank to stop payment. Here, I arrive at 4:40. To Sam, the banker, 4:40 is the same as 5pm and I was turned away. Now I might have a fraud charge because someone felt like it was too late to go their job. Thanks Sam! Hope your holidays are full of grief because ours very well might be.

Have a banking issue with online WF and they couldn't help me but could see the issue. Recommend going to the local branch....I dreaded going there since there in house bankers are typically not very helpful. Response was we have nothing to do with WF online banking. I explain Ned the situation and you've answered questions before about online banking. I asked is WF branches and WF online 2 separate companies.....NO. Well I walked out again disappointed and back on the back home with WF Online. Take your banking needs elsewhere and avoid WF........I know I'm going too
