I have used this pharmacy for many years and for the last three I have had many bad experiences. All related to mistakes with prescriptions and correcting those mistakes. I have brought it to their attention that their website does not follow your settings. They fill prescriptions automatically, which I do not want. They contact me when I drive by the place which I do not want. I cancel prescriptions online and I find out when I get home that they have filled it anyway, stapled it together with my order and charged Medicare. Then, they won't take it back because "it left the store" I use the drive up and I'm at fault because I did not check the order. I understand that. I have spoken with the staff at the counter numerous times and never get to talk to the the person behind the scenes always a response second hand from the counter person. The last time I was there I was so mad after another it's "my fault" or "the website caused the problem" excuse I walked out grumbling. I have complained in person 3 different times with no success. I know that my prescriptions costs are covered by Medicare and do not cost me out of pocket but if I don't watch unnecessary charges who will? Don't use this pharmacy!

I was just there today to pick up a prescription and I asked the pharmacist clerk to find someone to give me a quick consultation on how to use the meds. She went back to a pharmacist and there she was again to " consult" me. The pharmacist completely dismissed me. I could tell the clerk was embarrassed. There's new staff since a year ago and the quality has lowered significantly. I was too weak and frustrated to complain to the store manager, but will do so next time. Shame on them and on the system for allowing these people to be in practice.

I love joe the employee he is a very nice guy and i believe he should be the manager absolutely he is very good with customers and should get a raise, not all employees are nice but joe is a very nice employee which i love that, everyone should always be nice to eachother but i just wanted to do this great review for the employee named joe at this store who is great with us customers, i hope he gets a raise for it, thank you joe for always being so kind and helpful ??❤❤❤❤❤

I get that the pharmacies are very busy, but I have disconnected twice to tie. I was on hold from 6:10 until 6:45 pm tonite, someone answered they wouldget to me shortly then disconnected me! Get on the line against 6:48 pm, was on hold till 8:45pm. It briefly connects, then they disconnect me AGAIN. Almost feels deliberate so they don't have to deal with real people. I am always polite, especially since Covid. But this, this is unprofessional.

As I approached the checkout, the clerk looked right at me and walked into the back.I stood at the register for a couple minutes and realized Noone was going to check me out, so I left my items on the counter and left.I will never go back to that store and may drop Walgreens all together.

I am a regular at this store and wanted to mention a young lady Maryama who is a wonderful front desk clerk. She was very helpful and quick with it. By far my favorite employee at this store. Always a pleasure to be assisted by her.

I was here today behind a couple looking for their pick up order. You have a young female desk clerk that needs some considerable training. Desk clerk told them they didn’t have any orders at the store for pick up. Customer tried to show her order confirmation to desk clerk, desk clerk didn’t look at customer’s email and said “straight up, we don’t have any orders. If we did, they would show here” while showing the customer her handheld machine and scrolling sarcastically. I felt upset for the client ahead of me, so I stepped in to ask if her order showed a store # or address. I confirmed she was at the correct location. The store clerk proceeded to ask to scan my FedEx package. She told me she couldn’t accept it. I told her I’ve dropped FedEx SmartPost here 3 times in the past. She scanned it again and said “look” while shoving her handheld toward me. “I can’t override this” I said I’d figure it out somewhere else. She was very obviously not willing to troubleshoot. Someone, please help this young lady improve her customer service. Her attitude and demeanor is hurting your store.

Just had the most frustrating customer service experience with the male employee who was helping me with my photo pickup order. What should have taken a couple minutes at best turned into a 20 minute ordeal because he couldn’t “find” my order. Instead of looking where oh I don’t know, DIRECTLY BEHIND HIM in the first place he went on a wild goose chase around the store and proceeded to chat my ears off about how “he doesn’t know what to do” or “I don’t know why the store would send you a confirmation email if we never got the order”…the cherry on top is how it was somehow my fault for not verbally wording how I placed my order correctly.?♀️

Pam was incredibly unhelpful. Told me that she couldn't give me a piece of scotch tape so I could put my label on the package I was shipping. And then quickly walked away without saying anything else. She could have at least pointed me to the aisle with tape.
