Grave was a lifesaver today helping me ship a very niche item—a specialty yoyo that needed a little TLC to package right. They were incredibly patient while I juggled messages from the buyer and tried to make sure everything was just so. I know I wasn’t the speediest customer, and honestly, I probably tested their saint-like patience. But they never rushed me or made me feel like a bother. That kind of kindness and customer care deserves serious credit.
Edit 7/23: Sue is absolutely amazing, too! She helps me every time—whether it’s a big shipment or a small one. Today I brought in a large eBay sale, and I walked out feeling totally confident it was in the best hands.

Grave at the Lexington UPS location was absolutely fantastic! I had many books that I had to ship and she was so patient and so friendly! I didn’t have much knowledge on shipping and she was very helpful. Thank you Grave!

Will charge you $3 to print their own label. Go somewhere else if you value your time, money and ethical business practices.

I received very helpful and patient service today. I was attempting an Amazon Try-Before-You-Buy return, but Amazon messed up the shipping labels (only one label for two packages). The friendly woman at the counter tried to make everything fit in one box, and when it wouldn't, showed me how to request an Amazon customer service call-back through the app. I was pretty ticked at this point, but to my surprise, Amazon called me within seconds and resolved the issue in a few minutes. I (we) need to remember that UPS is just the middle-man in this age of shop-from-home. They are not to blame when Amazon screws up their own return processes. Thank you UPS lady, whoever you are!

I had a issue with a package, I went back multiple times and talk to management they said they would call me back they would talk to owner. I have heard NOTHING in a month terrible service would not recommend.

Don't print here.
Order placed Friday 6pm. Due to be picked up Saturday 3pm.
Arrived Sunday to pick up. Order had not been printed because their printer was down. I had not been contacted about this. Waited for staff to print 2/3 of the order on a different printer, but ran out of toner. Additional toner was not available. Told to come back later.
3:30 Sunday got an email saying the order was complete.
Monday Noon went to pick up the order, but 3/4 of the pages had folded over prior to printing, and were unusable. Staff said they didn’t know how to print, and I should come back later.
Monday afternoon, 3rd trip to store, picked up completed order.
Requested partial refund. Was told store management agreed, but since the order was placed online, I'd need to contact UPS corporate.
UPS directed me to
[email protected]. Received an automated response saying they'd look into it. It's been two weeks.
Called UPS Store corporate support line. On hold 20 minutes. I'm done.
Order 2156073.

Don't expect this location to abide by their hours. They open and close when the employees decide to show up or don't want to work anymore.

I have never had any issues here. Just know what you're trying to do before you show up. They'll also print stuff for you if you need that.
