“I used Cub Foods delivery service for the first time today. Libby assisted me with the best customer service ever!! She helped me tweak the process to make sure my order was correct. Very friendly and authentic!! Went out of her way to assure me that the food would be delivered in a timely fashion. And it certainly was! Her kindness and great customer service went above and beyond! I’m sure that she is this way with everyone she meets.”
“I like to drop off my fedex packages here. I usually don’t buy things here. The store is not adequately staffed. In the morning there is an audible tone to let the one or two workers in the store know that someone came in. I believe the couple of people that may be working there handle receiving, stocking, and ringing up. I feel sorry for them.”

“Pretty generic Cub experience. Nothing special or out of the ordinary. As of writing they're open 24 hours which is becoming increasingly rare for Cub locations.”
