There wasn't a long wait and staff are professional and had good communication. Overall for urgent care, it was a great experience.

Amina A. Mohamed, NP-F Need to be fired it does not take 3-4 days to diagnose somebody that have a UTI in if you’re a woman you know how bad UTI ARE! I literally had to take myself to another urgent care to get treatment because she said she had to wait for my urine I never had to wait that long for results just horrible but symptoms got worse the next day I even got a strep throat I would never ever see this lady again even when I did see her she didn’t even CARE about my concerns she just told me to take a test it was a waste of a visit?

The staff is amazing. Accessibility is awful if you're a manual wheelchair user. Not one ADA complaint parking spot there. The "accessible" parking is on a grade and has no access to the sidewalk until you get to the door up the hill.

I went in for a preventative visit with Dr. Ryan Russell, which should be covered 100% by my health insurance. We had an office visit a month prior to that, where I was getting allergic reactions and he prescribed me some allergy medication to take. I got billed for that visit, no problem at all. I was happy for the care I received.During my preventative, Dr. Russell and I talked a bit about the follow-up from my last visit regarding my allergic rash, and how his prescriptions were working. It was not more than 5 minutes of informal discussion at best.Come two weeks later, I get a bill AGAIN for another office visit charge, the same day as my preventative visit. I called the hospital to see why it was coded this way, and they told me based on the way the doctor took his notes, it was an acute symptom that I brought up and they needed to charge me for discussing it. How the hell can a 5-minute discussion lead to a $220 office visit charge? If you're going to charge everyone for bringing up any concerns they have during a preventative visit, why even ask your patients if everything is okay? Stay away from this hospital. I don't know if it's just procedure for HealthPartners in general or just the Arden Hills location, but they want you in and out as quickly as possible to make the most money. Overall, I'm disappointed because I really trusted Dr. Russell and could relate to him, and I don't know if it was his doing or his administration team, but this made me lose all trust and I will be looking for a different doctor going forward.

I am consistently baffled by how unintelligent the front desk staff at any given HealthPartners location can be. Can’t do basic math, get health records mixed up and violate HIPAA over the phone. Can’t even recall simple details of a person’s health record while the record is supposedly sitting right in front of them. Impossibly stupid people.

Stay the farthest away from the nurse practitioner Kathryn Dauble, a witch doctor could do a better job

Stop overbooking patients and understaffing your employees. You don’t need medical education to understand one nurse cannot do lab work for six people scheduled at the same time.

Violated my HIPPA right out load while in the waiting room. Lab tech was crabby and could tell she was frustrated and was very aggressive while doing labs.

Clean facilities and schedules are on time with minimal wait time. Only issue is finding a way to call the clinic/nursing staff directly,

So there’s 0 customer service on sundays for medication that has to go through a psychiatrist? Didn’t know my medication needs could be paused till the next business day?

This review is for the lab. Leonora and Dawn are wonderful. I dropped off a lab kit and Leonora was very kind and knowledgeable. Dawn helped me with some questions and gave me great info regarding mammograms.

Dr. Xiao Feng doesn't care her patients. She charged me double for just a one appointment visit. And request me to schedule unnecessary appointment. She is more interested in making money than caring for my health.

If you are looking for a midwife, look no further than this practice. They deliver babies at Regions. I transferred my care at 33 weeks to this clinic from another clinic and what a difference it has made instantly in my husband and I feeling more confident about this birth we are preparing for. See Angela or any of them even to the RN and scheduler on the Team - class act! I will drive the 1 hour anytime to receive care from this group. Best decision we could have made in selecting this care Team. Bring on the baby!

I and my son have been going to this clinic for 10 years except for the 2.5 years we were in Florida. Great Doctors, speedy caring responses. The Lab gals are a bit testy and some of the nurses I have talked to on the phone get a bit rude, but for the most part, I receive good care from Health Partners.

Phone Customer support is really poor. They hung up on me after I forgot I was on mute without giving me a change to get to the phone. just yelled "HELLO!" then hung up immediately. Not even a polite, "sorry I cant hear you please call back for a better connection"
