I used Cub Foods delivery service for the first time today. Libby assisted me with the best customer service ever!! She helped me tweak the process to make sure my order was correct. Very friendly and authentic!! Went out of her way to assure me that the food would be delivered in a timely fashion. And it certainly was! Her kindness and great customer service went above and beyond! I’m sure that she is this way with everyone she meets.

It 24 hours and no one follows you around which feels a lot different than other 24 hours stores that use to be around. The two register lady's at night are super nice and dont make conversation when you don't want it but are happy to chat back and forth.

Only ever go here and self check-out so have never had any huge issues. Nothing amazing about it, just a kind-of-pricey grocery store. Employee offered a new box when I checked out a box of serving-sized chips with one popped bag inside in addition to the bags that weren’t popped, so that was nice.

Cub foods itself is great, whoever hired the Liz in bakery should be fired. Absolutely messed my son’s birthday cake up. She should not be a cake decorator at all. Dropped off two reference images both with detailed notes, my name AND number for them to call with questions. Never been so disappointed in a cake. The shape was supposed to be rectangle and she couldn’t even do that.

We bought two big party subs (submarine sandwiches) from the Deli and were very disappointed. The lettuce was old and wilted, so we had to remove all of it from the sandwiches so our guests wouldn't get sick. The bread was stale because the Deli had made the sandwiches the night before, but then didn't wrap them--they just put them in a box.
Not only were the quality of the sandwiches poor, we also felt deceived by the marketing. The pictures in the brochure show a sandwich that is just bursting with nutritious meats, cheeses, and other fillings. The reality is that the sandwiches are made with just a thin layer of cold cuts and some tomatoes and onions. The "sandwich" is mostly bread. False advertising!
I talked with the Deli manager and he said there was nothing he could do, other than let his boss know of our opinions. Next time we're going to Jimmy John's!

Incredibly incapable folks work here. I got charged twice for an item and the cashier ( Liam) was totally unable to correct his mistake. I had to join another line ( because no one was at the service counter…. On a Saturday…!) to have someone else resolve the error.

The Deli at this Cub has really gone downhill. They don't have any meats sliced anymore, all they have is pre-sliced in bags that have been sitting out for days (you can tell cuz the bags are foggy). The Deli clerks are rude as hell just waving you off, telling you they don't have anything and then walk away or you wait and pray for someone to acknowledge you. Really sad...used to be a great Cub.

I needed donuts for a work celebration and put in a call late yesterday for a pickup early today. They were able to complete my order! Much appreciate them being able to get this done on short notice. "Love My Cub"!!!

VERY expensive, surprisingly so. I'm very shocked how many elderly people shop here given their fixed incomes. They do have a good sparkling water selection, though.
