  Ground beef flavorless. Tough and full of tendons or gristle. Roasts mostly bone. Won’t buy from them again

  Bought half cow and received 140 lbs of meat not worth the money or the time for this place

  We bought a half a beef and only received 150 lbs of meat. Have spoken with many of our local farmers and others that purchase beef regularly that said we got screwed and only received about half of what we should have. I'll definitely shop local next time!
