My experience with them was very bad. I meet the loan officer and got pre-approval letter, that was easy, then I made an offer for a house and the seller accepted my offer, and I told the loan officer that I have an accepted offer, he requested me to sign some paper and he requested me to pay for the appraisal and credit report about 740$ and I did, the next day the loan officer said that the underwriter could not accept your loan, I was suppressed and asked them to hold the appraisal, because I did not want to lose that 740$, but I lost that money because the underwriter did not accept and I went to second lender. The second lender and I tried to call the appraiser during a whole week to change the name on appraisal report from Wells Fargo to the second lender but no answers and the loan officer at Wells Fargo said that he sent them an email too. I felt that I was scammed, because when appraisal and payment were requested, the appraisal was done immediately, and after that we did not receive a response during a whole week. I paid again for another appraisal and got my house. The second lender saved me in record time, but I was about to lose the money I spent for inspection too, and the realtor almost lost his effort with me for months, and the seller was about to be disappointed.
