This is the second time I went to Wells Fargo to start checking account and they said they’re short bankers and cannot help my requests. Why wouldn’t they have enough bankers on a saturday knowing this is when most are off work and need to do their banking? Needless to say, I will not be getting my account through there. Horrible customer service. My parents are also pulling out their money due to how disrespected we were.

Went into Wells Fargo to cash a check today. Check cashed just fine. Asked if they had any rolls of half dollars. Was told they didn't have many. Only $70 worth and I would have to order some. Why have any in stock if you're not going to let customers get any? Why would I order 1 or 2 rolls when you can literally just go grab them. Didn't make sense. Dont know why they are hoarding change. Seems really suspect.

Super fast service, I always get in last minute before it closes and I'm always serviced well. Miss Meschel is absolutely wonderful and helped me change my name on my debit card. She saved me a lot of time and energy, thank you to her if she sees this!

Stopped in today at 1:30 to open an account for my son. There was 1 other customer with a banker, 2 tellers and a couple of other employees in the front office. The teller told me the 1 banker that they had working was not available until 4 pm. There are a dozen banker cubicles sitting empty. I left and called three other branches and not one answered the phone. I have already switched my larger accounts over to Wings. All my kids have Wells Fargo accounts and the app makes it convenient to transfer them money that is the only reason I continue to do any buisness there.

Went through the drive-up ATM and received bills that were in very poor condition. 3 of them were missing chunks out of them, nearly a third of the bill! I went inside to exchange them (an inconvenience in itself) and was told by the teller that I barely had enough of the bill left to exchange. When I asked what would happen when I removed funds from my account at their bank and the bills I received were even worse I was told to throw the bills away and take the loss. Not a reassuring feeling from your “bank” since birth.

Took my aunt here to open a savings account. She has over 300 k in checking. Teller was rude and banker said he was "indisposed" . Had a bad experience at Eagan wells fargo yesterday. 15 people in line. 1 teller 20 bankers (suits) doing nothing. Time to switch banks. Customer service is non existent.

This branch is the worst location. When they eliminated the drive through and made us come in the waits increased. No matter what type of business we conduct it is slow. They wouldn't notarize a document for my Down's Syndrome brother that stated he was the son of my father (and a jr. too) because he was Down's Syndrome. What a Catch-22 for a simple document. They kept my husband over an hour to tell him no. They went to US Bank and had no problem. We changed banks because of the poor service.

I was on the fence about switching to Wells Fargo for obvious reasons. However, a few friends said they really liked banking at Wells Fargo, so I decided to give them a shot. I had the pleasure of working with Elaine, she is nice and friendly and she made joining Wells Fargo fun and easy. I definitely recommend this location and suggest working with Elaine if you can :) Thank you, Elaine!

High pressure sales. Opening accounts people didn't sign up for. Nice guys.
