Customer for 12 years. Their "grace period" is an absolute lie & due to their managerial incapability, I will be closing my account today. Awful customer service.
If you are considering opening an account, find a better bank & save yourself the headaches of dealing with Wells Fargo.

Super fast service, I always get in last minute before it closes and I'm always serviced well. Miss Meschel is absolutely wonderful and helped me change my name on my debit card. She saved me a lot of time and energy, thank you to her if she sees this!
