I’m fully convinced the employees who work at the Apple Valley Walgreens have no motivation to do their job. I have never had good or great service. Walgreens needs to clean up their act.

Waited behind one car in the drive thru for an hour for insulin.

The pharmacy department is pretty bad. Meds are not ready when they should, I get texts saying they are ready and no one knows why. Everything takes forever, scheduled appointments or not. Other patrons have touched on others things. The thing is, my previous Walgreens was pretty bad but this one takes the price
