Customer service has gone downhill over the last 6 months. Prescription refills through their app has been glitchy at best, with refills being cancelled without warning, and some prescriptions not being submitted to insurance for coverage (they say I need to pay $1600 out of pocket when I know it’s covered by my insurance!). They never submitted the prescription, now I have to go back to my insurance company to get it covered when it is their responsibility to do so.\\n\\nThe entire pharmacy department has turned over - there are no familiar faces when I “try” to pick up my prescriptions. And forget about calling to get any updates. They’ll keep you on hold only to eventually hang up on you 45 minutes later. The convenience factor is the only thing keeping me filling prescriptions here, but that is not going to be worth it for much longer if they can’t get their $h!t figured out.

Pharmacy repeatedly messes up prescriptions and vaccines. Getting an Rx filled here requires constant babysitting as they will not take responsibility for their work. We made 6 visits for one Rx, the last taking over 2 hours and still not resolved. Nearly every other customer was also turned away with reasons why they couldn't get their Rx medical care.

I have had wonderful experiences with the pharmacy department. They are knowledgeable with kindly answering all my questions. They provide great customer service with being attentive to my needs in a warm and personable way. The staff is fabulous!! Thanks!a
