There’s a cub pharmacy across the street please go to that one, this pharmacy sucks the customer service is terrible. I had a prescription send to this location at 9am I went to pickup at 5:20pm, I got there and there’s was nothing ready all they say that there’s was no patient under the name I was giving them, I call the doctor and they talk to them and they end up saying that “yeah we found the prescription, is not ready yet” tf !!!

Worst pharmacy ever! If I could give them a half a star I would! They literally have you on hold for over 30min tell you they have your prescription is ready and then you show up and it’s not. Call them and told them to fill it and that it’s not covered by insurance and I know I have to pay out of pocket and they said sure no problem and it will be filled and I let them know I’ll be there at 3pm to pick up. Assured me that it will be ready. I show up only to be told first that it’s not filled and not ready and that not covered by insurance even though I called and said I know that and will be paying out of pocket to NOT go through my insurance and then they tell me I have to wait 30-1hr for it to be filled. And mind you I already waited in line at drive thru for 45min only to have the pharmacist come up and tell me after I demand to speak with him that they are out of stock! And that it’s a first come first serve basis and I told him did I not speak with you on the phone and tell you to fill it and not go through my insurance and you assured me you will do just that and instead you did the opposite and now you don’t have any? First it wasn’t ready now it’s out of stock? Which is it?? Worst and most unprofessional Walgreens ever.

I've been on hold for the pharmacy to pick up the phone to confirm they have a script for an hour and a half. @walgreenspharmacy sucks. How can they allow this store to remain open?

The “customer service” within the pharmacy staff is absolutely atrocious. Between Subha and Warren- I will change pharmacies all together. After using Walgreens almost my entire life- I’m so disgusted that these are the people they choose to represent the company.The fact that they are argumentative and fail to lead with empathy is absolutely asinine! I feel bad for the rest of the staff, as they have always been nothing but kind and they’ve stated they hear complaints about the pharmacy staff’s rudeness “all the time”.

This review is about the pharmacy department. Today, I called in about medication transfer. One of my medication is at another location and I wanted to transfer that medication to this Walgreens. The staff at the other location told me I have to call my current pharmacy (this Walgreens) to have them call the other location to get my medication transferred. I was on hold for an hour and a half. When it was my turn, I was still on hold! Nobody picked up the phone call. I waited 2 hours. Never have I waited this long to speak to a pharmacist. Previously, I had issues with refills as well. I would get the auto message that it is ready for pick up, but they are not ready when I get there. Then, they'll tell you they'll fill it up and come back for pick up in an hour. I once had to go back to the store 3 TIMES IN ONE DAY just to pick up my medication. They didn't start refilling it until I sat there and waited the third time I went back in. I have been tolerant and patient despite previous issues with this pharmacy, but today was just the last straw for me. From this day forward, I will be picking up all my medications at the other location (I had a 5-minute call with their pharmacist about this, no wait time).

Just awful. Horrible service! For months I’ve had issues with their staff not answering phones, and continuing issues with their computer systems. The staff themselves are usually helpful..when there are enough staff to help. Unfortunately that’s rare. Even when I go to the store.., due to the phones not being answered they are very short staffed and it usually takes at least 10-15 minutes for anyone to even come to talk to me. I get better help with their computer messages that randomly call me to tell me about my prescription being ready or held up. After reading previous reviews from others, I see I’m not the only one with these issues.

Beyond ridiculous customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!! Waited in line for 45 minutes at 6pm when they promised the medication would be filled in 15 minutes at noon. Go somewhere else, this place is a joke!

DO NOT FILL YOUR MEDS HERE!!! they are never in stock, and if they are, they won’t be filled unless you come in and tell them to fill and wait for them. Pharmacists are not helpful. Wait lines are 30+ minutes. don’t waste your time

I arrived at the pharmacy drivethru during business hours and sat around without being acknowledged by the staff inside despite them seeing me. I hit the call button and continued to wait. Took 25 minutes before they came to the window. The employee then said to me ‘we just opened’, to which i replied, ‘you opened 20 minutes ago.’ Never ever get prescriptions here.

1/23/24 Worst pharmacy ever I went to pick up insulin they gave me wrong kind called Waited on hold for a hour they picked up and said please hold and then hung up on me.1/24/24 Called back today sat on hold for hour and 15 min then hung up again

I left the doctor’s office at 630 pm. The RX was sent in before I left. I waited until 830pm to go to the pharmacy. Waited in line for 35 minutes then was told they JUST got the RX from the doctor and it would be another 30 minutes. I was also told by the employee that I should just pay for it out of pocket (over the counter) instead of getting it through my insurance.

The worst pharmacy ever! You try and call your prescriptions in ahead of time so that they can be filled and ready to go when needed but they never have anything in stock even though they tell you they get it every day!! Nobody ever knows anything including the pharmacist and nobody is willing to do their job or heaven forbid go above and beyond

The 5 stars is for Brady. Both the times I spoke to him on the phone, he was helpful and responsive. When I came in for the appointment, he remembered me & our phone conversation. Thank you, Brady.
