The technician was eligible and helped service the account accordingly. Unfortunately, the service that was needed we needed (order a phone that wasn’t available in store) through the app so that way we could still have a device and order the new one that we wanted to get. But he still took the time and walked us through everything to place the order that needed to be done.

Do not go here. Go up to the Rosemount location. Brian made me so uncomfortable I walked out of the store. He was aggressive and rude for no reason. He flat out told me to bring my mom in the store (she’s in her 70s mind you) so he could argue with her because he loves to argue with people. Who says that? Also he keeps pacing back and forth behind the desk. Moving a lot. Really set me on edge. It was like he was dancing to a choreographed fight in his head. I get people have bad days but he was ready for a fight/argument the moment my dad and I walked in the door. Everything he told me I couldn’t do and would have to pay 100% out of pocket for I was able to do up at the Rosemount location. Awful customer service at apple valley. And his coworker just sat there watching it and didn’t try to de escalate his co worker. All I wanted was a new phone. Really disgusting how they treat paying customers who’ve had accounts over 20 years Run. Run fast and far.

The sales rep, Thomas was very rude. Stood at a distance from our family and kept saying he couldn’t afford to get sick, Insinuating that we were sick which we aren’t. We were ready to buy 2 IPhone 15 pro max’s and 2 Apple Watch ultra’s. Thomas then said because he couldn’t afford to get sick he recommended we go through telesales. He then fed us a line that they didn’t have what we were looking for in stock so it was in our best interest that we buy online. Overall the experience was bazaar and has us contemplating going to AT&T.

Went in at 5:30p to pick up a iphone 15 pro. Manager guy at front stated they're not helping anyone else that night... it was 5:41p, after we waited, we walked out with nothing. If a business states they're open until 6pm, you'd assume they'd serve business until 6pm. Not here.

Pointless and worthless service at this store. This store and the poor service/attitude by Ryan the mamager is the cause for me switching carriers.If you have a technical issue, the people at the store are only going to be interested in assisting if they can add or upsell service. Even if it is on stuff they just sold you.Skip the commission based environment and go to a best buy; they will offer the same discounts and billing options on UNLOCKED devices, so that you don't have a locked phone and aren't stuck to the carrier.Once this store assists you in a sale, and get their commission, they will refuse to assist in anyway

After working 2 hours on the phone with Verizon for activation issue I decide to not continue with the 4th agent that I got transfer to because my patience was running out and I wasn’t going to repeat things for the 4th time and they weren’t able to answer the question I asked them so I felt uncomfortable so I went into this store where I feel I can trust the sale person more. I have the greatest support here by Kay F. Who actually helped me get my bring your own phone and transfer your number from another carrier to Verizon to activate. It took about two hours, but it was worth it in person as I understand why things are being done the way it is done. I don’t recommend purchasing online for BYOP especially if you’re doing prepaid and transferring your phone number because it really is a pain when it’s suppose to be simple so, Verizon shouldn’t have sold this option online and should be done in cooperate store/authorize retailer. To my surprise the online order was supposedly incomplete, but the sims card came within 2 days and the charge for the month went through and all 3 original agents wanted my credit card information and I wasn’t going to give it to them because I was charge already and they couldn’t provide me with an explanation.

Update: I am so thankful for the apple valley team here at verizon!! They helped me finally solve a situation Ive been having since febuary!! The associate, Kay was ready and willing to stay and help me get my situation resolved as best as It could be. And the team overall is just friendly and welcoming. By Far the best verizon store in all of the twin cities. 10/10 Stars for sure!!

I was conflicted about making this post, because I have been verizon for a long time, and store wise, staff is friendly. But Im angry. And disappointed. Its like no one is actually listening to me. I traded in my last google A20 something for a google Z flip phone. I Was told that i would be getting 800 dollars off for my trade in. And with what I was getting cost, i should have only had 200 dollars left off to pay. And yef, im still paying off the full price of the phone. And in addition, they had me take advantage of another promotion where I could get a discounted smart watch with the phone. Well, i returned the shortly after, and they even confirmed they got it back, and yet Im still being charged for not only a line but the device itself, which I dont even have anymore. Ive tried calling, Ive tried bringing it into the store, No body is doing anything about it. And frankly, it makes me feel direspected, ignored, and just plain slighted. I sure hope someone finds a way to correct this soon because I dont like being taken advantage of.

Same thing as TMobile with greeters checking you in, but was able to get me started with my question right away. Was a better experience because of that.
