Probably the best car buying experience we've ever had! We worked with Connor and Joel. Excellent from start to finish. We were trading up for a newer version of our vehicle. In and out in hardly any time at all. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and no pushiness or upselling felt at all, like with many other dealers. We will definitely be back to buy from Valley.

This was my first time at Valley Buick GMC and I wasn't expecting it to be quick but they were pretty busy at 3pm when I had my appointment for an oil change and tire rotation and it took quite a while for my 2017 GMC Acadia to make it into the shop. We just bought this vehicle used from another GM dealership that's not quite as convenient so we thought we'd give it a try. Overall, I'm pretty happy with my experience but I wish it would've been quicker than it was. I'll plan for that in the future (luckily I didn't have anything else planned for the evening), but I'll certainly be going back. The staff I dealt with, Scott the service advisor, the female mechanic who's name i didn't get, and the two cashiers (although I'm sure they do more than run a register), were all great!

Everyone I encountered at the dealership made me feel like a valued customer. Even those that really had nothing to do with the sale. Whoever does the hiring has assembled a particularly gifted group of people. I can see why you are so successful. Thank you for making me feel right at home.

I have had my GM vehicles serviced at Valley Buick for over 30 years. I wouldn't go any other place. Their service dept is wonderful to work with and they do care abouttheir customers. I have also purchased all of my vehicles in the past 30 years from Valley Buick and have had no complaints.

Excellent. Service ConsultantHeather is one very helpful, knowledgeable member of your team.Addresses any concerns regarding repairs to be done. While waiting in the lounge she stopped by to advise that work was just about completed.Made sure the car ws washed and ready to go.Service rep that handled the paperwork was very helpful in explaining what the charges were and provided all receipts needed for future reference.

I had called Valley Buick GMC around 11:00am because my vehicle had a notification that the tire pressure was low. My husband was out of state and I was supposed to drive to St. Cloud to meet some friends/ family with my young children. Your team told me to bring my vehicle in to be checked out right away. They found something in my tire and were able to patch the hole. I was able to still make the original plans I had made with my friends and family because of the amazing, professional and quick service your employees gave me. Thank you!

Riley and team mis-diagnosed a clicking noise as a hazard switch. When I purchased and installed the switch, the clicking continued. I returned the part, which Valley GMC accepted, but never got my refund. I called a week later and got passed from service to parts and back to service, then put on hold for 45 minutes until the call was disconnected. Valley GMC said they cannot accept the returned hazard switch because it was plugged in, and would not refund the mis-diagnosis fee either. I understand mistakes happen, but it is unacceptable that they would not make it right. Very disappointing experience.

I was on a road trip and had a major acceleration/braking problem that they resolved in 2 hours, where other dealerships couldn't figure it out. My drive back to Colorado was quick and easy! Thanks Riley, appreciate the prompt service.

I'm a hobby mechanic and I prefer to do all my servicing myself. However, whenever I have a problem that's too big for myself, I keep coming back here. I absolutely HATE going to dealerships and I HATE going to a shop to have someone else fix my car...let alone dealership shops, but this place is different. Customer service is FAR better than some of the local shops in my area which keeps me coming back here.One thing I've noticed about other reviews and I agree with this is there's long breaks in communication. This shop goes in waves of business meaning some days are very quiet while others will be nonstop. The best advice I can give is to be patient. This shop will also work on older (pre 2010) vehicles, but also understand that this shop uses GM parts and rarely uses anything else unless GM no longer makes those parts. I'm content with that because I've used non GM parts before with mixed results. So I'd rather use GM parts if possible.That being said, I'd still prefer to come here. A lot of people online prefer small shops and don't like dealership shops, but this place breaks that mold. Repairs take time but it's worth it for the quality of workmanship that goes in it. The techs who work on your vehicles put their best work forward and they'll pull their weight if you pull yours. I can't emphasize enough about the customer service and their honesty about everything. If there's anything they can't do, they likely know someone who does and will give you a number to call someone else. I was initially very reluctant to come here for service and now it's the only shop I go to for anything related to my truck.

This is about the 5th time I have brought in my vehicle for repair over the past few months. I notice the service does nothing beyond what you state and at times ignores what you ask. Most recently I brought my SUV in for a new battery, mind you I just spent $1400 last month to update an electronically system the service rep told me I had to do because it would cause my SUV to not start if I didn’t put in a new one. Also every time I bring my SUV in I have tire pressure issues and even after service, still tire pressure issues and they lose air, apparently it’s a valve issue and I got new tires put on there last year. Didn’t have any valve issues prior. This last visit we told the technician to fill up the tires and check pressure although we had a dead battery the tires weee again low. The check engine light was on due to very low tire pressure. When I picked up my SUV and paid over $200 for a new battery I had 3low tires all under 23 and one at 19 when they should all be at 38. How does this get missed? I am done with your service and will no be recommending it purchasing anything from you loving forward. I have been a loyal Valley Buick service customer for over 10 years but your service and attention to detail and customer and vehicle service has declined drastically.

I brought my 2015 GMC Truck in to get the right front axel & rubber boot looked at....it was torn grease flying out...Your staff were very courteous & polite very helpful...Heather kept me inform of the issues....warranty did cover the problem...thank goodness.Thank you to your professional staff.Randy ( Service Manager) had alot to do with this too...Thank you Randy & Heather.Michael

The service department worked me into their schedule so I didn't have to wait over a week for an oil change, tire rotation, general check of my car. They resealed my tires. They also didn't charge hardly anything to check my air conditioning! Super nice and very quick! Thank you so much!!

A few hour repair turned into you needing my vehicle overnight. There was NO communication informing me of this. I was really screwed trying to get to work the next morning without my vehicle and no loaner vehicle. You guys really blew it!
