Basecamp Fitness trusts Valley Accounting for our business needs!
Yesterday I had an absolutely excellent experience with Sean in the office as he fully explained our business taxes, what to do, why etc. He was detailed and patient with me. He was able to make sure that I left without any questions and took the time as needed to sit down with me. I also have had a similar experience with Tammy, she has been patient on the phone numerous times with me and always took the time to teach me about what she was doing. Lindsey at the front desk has always been great, pleasant, and helpful anytime I emailed, called, or showed up in the office.
Thank you for taking care of us even through our first year. It is much appreciated and you guys are professional and caring when it comes to your customer service.

Unfortunately I have to give them even 1 star.....
With the departure of Steve Smith, Valley Accounting is a lost sheep and Tom is wondering around in circles. I requested my business financials & year-end payroll for over 3 months with no response, from anyone. Only after my 3 phone calls and my second visit to the Apple Valley Office when I finally lost my cool did my old bookkeeper finally respond. She went to her office and came back to let me know that the year-end financials had been done for a while - ARE YOU KIDDING ME? but they could not be released until I paid my final bill (of which I had been asking for for a month). But she didn't know exactly how much it was but would get back to me the next day.
Needless to say I finally got all my financials in the middle of March, when I was supposed to review them at the end of December. Mean while Valley Account screwed up my payroll taxes and I end up owing the government MORE money - and all I get is "sorry".
If I ran business like this, I would be out of business - they could have offered a discount on the final invoice for all their screw-ups

Absolutely AWFUL!!! Do NOT use them!!! They charge you outrageous pricing for simple tax returns and make errors on your taxes and will NOT back up their tax errors! I got audited and they did NOTHING to fix what they messed up on my property tax filing and I got stuck paying for their mistake!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!

This place is a joke. Not only did they insist on creating a 2023 W2 for an employee that hasn't worked for my business for years, we had to ask five times for it to be fixed before anything was actually done. Then, my personal tax paperwork was misplaced for about six weeks. Upon discovery of my hard copies, they were lost again after 48 hours. It took a week to find them again. In addition, the male staff treats the female staff so poorly.

One of the worst experiences with a company for something so important. I would suggest not to use their services. They have had poor communication, they waited to the last minute on everything. It's absolutely nuts how many times I've been put off, forgotten about, treated like my account wasn't important.I don't like giving bad reviews, but they absolutely deserve a bad review.

Great service. Easy to work with and very helpful, respectful of your privacy, knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone that does not want to do their own taxes. They actually like doing taxes unlike the rest of the world.

Not a fan of their service or value. Due to Valley Tax acquiring the company I previously used for taxes, I went ahead and had them do our taxes in 2021 & 22. I was very disappointed with the cost, the lack of response to voicemail messages, and they just really didn't make us feel like a valued customer. I will find another tax preparer moving forward.

Apple Valley tax and accounting, and specifically Tom Mould, have been doing our tax planning and preparation for five years. I’ve always found them to be professional accurate and timely. Even though Tom has his staff do the tax prep, he does the review and final presentation to us about our personal as well as business taxes.

Helpful staff, will give you a lot of one on one time, quick response, call/text or email they are pretty fast. After tax filling if there is anything you need help with they will look into your case and work with you.Fairly priced service!
