It says they open at 8am, I mean the doors are open. It’s just nobody is there to help you.

We were there around 10:50am. We came in contact with the older white female staff shoulder length haircut. She was very unpleasant, and wasn't helpful. There was one package for USPS. She sent us to UPS. She had no people or customer service skills. We will not come back there unless she's not there.

No mail service for the last 2 days. Flag has been up on the mailbox for 3 days.
The mail truck speeds up and down the cul de sac but does not stop to pickup or deliver mail!

Stood in line for 15 minutes to grab a label because they are to lazy to restock the ones in the lobby.

Completely useless, have not delivered my mail since Monday. Went in to talk to the post master and he wouldn't even look to see if there was any mail. Full on refused to do their job.

Thursday around 4pm I paid $10 for priority mail delivery to get a piece of paper delivered by Saturday but they didn’t deliver it until end of day Wednesday so now the employee is not even in the state to receive the important document before the event they needed it for. How is turning 2 days to 5 priority or worth $10?

I’ve been here a few times and the staff is always friendly and the building is clean.Very annoying how there are no pens on the tables available to customers to write on a package or box that you plan on shipping out. It completely slows everything down.

One would think that delivering mail/package's would be the simplest task for a post office to accomplish, but you would be sorely mistaken. I’ve had several issues with this post office but the most recent is baffling to me. My package from Kansas City took 8 hours to arrive in Minneapolis according to tracking, and 4 days later, still no package. How can it get across multiple state lines in 8 hours, but not multiple blocks for 4 days? The phone number for this place takes you through a long winded recorded message, only to ring several times with no answer, I tried calling 5 times throughout the day and never got an answer. I genuinely hope, in this case only, that bigger delivery corporations eliminate the need for tax payer funded postal service as customer service/support no longer exists in the program.

Rude and unprofessional customer service. Elizabeth who works there left when helping a customer to take her break, she could’ve taken a break after processing the customers package. Customer was told to wait until she comes back because the other employee is not competent enough to process a package going to Canada - the other employee stated that she doesn’t know how to do it and that their break is more important. USPS should provide proper training to their staff on how to process all packages not just domestic ones. Very upset, will not be coming back to this location & would not recommend to anyone and will be following up with their management. Waiting times are horrible.

Marked as delivered but never got it. Waited 20 min just for the “supervisor” to tell me he’ll call me the next day for an update. Supposedly it was delivered to the wrong address so he verified my address and said that it will be delivered by the next day. It’s been a month still never received anything and it was a Christmas present.

Unfortunately they never have enough people working. Expect to wait with your package at least 15-20 min. Very slow moving lines. The automated self service machine line is just as long. Doesn't matter what time or what day you come. Would never recommend this location

Our townhome complex has communal mailboxes. On average, I get two to three pieces of misdelivered mail a week in my slot. In talking with the other residents, it seems this is the norm for them too. Tried talking to the mailman delivering the mail once, but it was apparently a Somali who hardly understood English. Went to the post office and tried talking to the manager/supervisor there (obviously an affirmative action hire), but it (the supervisor) was even more useless.
Seems like incompetence, illiteracy and dark skin are prerequisites for working at the USPS.

It's amazing how little someone can care about their job and still get paid. I had never run into this issue before so I was not aware of certain rules. I brought in a return, with the shipping label provided by eBay. I was returning an item in the exact package that it showed up in. After about four times of the employee telling me I couldn't use the package but not clarifying why, I had to have somebody else explain why I was not able to use the same package to return it. Apparently it was a priority mail envelope and eBay had issued me a ground package label. She just kept saying it's priority mail, which to me didn't mean a thing as I never once looked at the back of the small package to see what it was nor the label to see it said ground. Amazon is so much easier. Finally I asked "so if I sharpie the hell out of this thing so it doesn't say priority you'll take it" which I was told yes. Something that would take 10 seconds to do. It would have been nice if they had offered to help but when you seem like you hate your job as much as this person did you start to wonder if they previously worked at the DMV.
