This morning I had an appointment with Jessica N for a full highlight. As soon as I get into the parking lot I got a call from her saying she had to cancel. I needed my hair done this morning for a very important interview later this afternoon. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable. I’m now left with no time to make alternative arrangements and am very disappointed.

Friendliness of staff is hit or miss at this location, but they're ALWAYS fully stocked with what I need. Ease of curbside is nice too when needed.

I'm giving this a four because there is this one lady there at the check out *don't know the name.* and we put the stuff we want at the table and she's like "cOuLD u MoVE tHe StUFf uP pLEasE?" and I just get so annoyed of it. it's right by her. She can reach it but she just doesn't want to.

I went into Ulta today to pick out some makeup to put in my wife's stocking. As soon as I entered, I was super confused and lost. An associate saw that I needed help and contacted "Diana" or "Diane". Diana was super helpful and knowledgeable with what little I knew about what my wife uses. I left the store very happy and satisfied. Thank you for everything!

Horrible customer service every time I will go in. The shelves are never stocked with product. When you ask for help and to check their back stock they seemed very annoyed. But they always seem to find what I'm looking for when asked. Then I'm told we are very busy.
