They don’t return calls, email or text. When a response is given it isn’t professional and often offensive. Not interested in any new business as they are already busy enough. Poor security practices. We went elsewhere and immediately found a firm down the street that was so much better.

They offered me exactly what I was looking for and for an incredible price. I also love that they invite me to call them anytime throughout the year. I know they’ll be there for me all year long. When our tax accountant retired, we were panicked to find another accountant we trusted. We had been with the same accountant for 10 years. However, we could not be happier with Twin Cities Tax Preps. They were highly professional, friendly, honest and quality people to work with. Twin Cities Tax Prep cost me hundreds of dollars in penalties by the Federal & State taxes 2019 because they neglected to inform me about extension penalties if you owe taxes. Even though I gave them information to my taxes in July, they did not file my taxes until 3 days before Oct 16 extension deadline. I trusted them to work on behalf of my best interest and to avoid penalties being they knew very well about my small business taxes! Looking back, I should have demanded they worked for me more diligently but I gave them the benefit of the doubt to get things done right if not in a timely manner.

We have used Twin Cities Tax Prep the last 2 years. I honestly feel they have maximized our returns and done everything they can to help us during tax season. Sometimes, it takes them a day or two to reply, but we understand that is because tax season can be very busy for them and our taxes are fairly complex (small business and personal). They have continued working diligently through the quarantine and have always been pleasant to deal with. We will continue doing business with them for years to come!
