I love tutor time! I always watch my baby girl on the live cam 24/7. They are great with her. She loves going to daycare and is always happy to be there. They are flexible, caring and clean. I highly recommend (I was surprised by its low rating when we interviewed places, but wasn't concerned after the tour/consult!) This place was the most flexible for 1x a week care and was the most affordable.

Very nice staff and teachers! My daughter had a great learning experience. She qualified for early Kindergarten because of what she learned here. The Center Director karen , ADJennifer and each of the teachers are very caring. I would definitely recommend it.Thank you Tutor Time staff for taking care of our daughter so well!

Pulled my babe after the first 3 days. Laid out an email to the director, trying my best to keep a straight forward, objective, good tone so my message would hopefully be received as feedback. I let her know we would be terminating services immediately because of the multiple issues experienced in just 3 days (couple examples- feeding my 5mo a food she hadn't tried yet, messaging me medical information meant for another parent in my baby's class). No response. No apology. No professionalism. It was, however, validating I was making the right decision. I get customer service can be hard for people. I get human errors happen. It's just disappointing to have so many terrible experiences packed into one week, in such an important role... caring for our babies...

I am not the type of person to ever leave reviews but with my very brief interaction here I felt like I should. I have worked at a daycare, so I always refrain from quick judgements about daycares because I understand issues from both perspectives. I showed up for a scheduled tour and my first impression when walking in was it looked filthy in the entry way. I rang the door bell a total of four times and waited twelve minutes, no one came to open the door or meet me for the tour. I could hear kids outside so I walked to the side of the building to try and get a workers attention. I yelled “excuse me” multiple times to the workers and maybe the workers couldn't hear me but it felt like they were ignoring me, sitting on there phones as well and the only interactions that I saw with kids was them yelling at the kids. I walked back inside and rang the doorbell one more time, again no one came so I decided to leave. Walking out the building I could hear one of the workers outside say to the other “oh they are leaving”. So they were choosing to ignore me. I would never send my kid here, it was a complete was of my time and I have never been so dis interested in a childcare center.

This place closes because of "cases of covid" WAY TOO OFTEN and it is a real burden on all us families. I cannot WAIT to get away from this place!!!

Our two year old daughter is excited on days she gets to go to school here. The staff is great and takes great care of her. She has learned so much, counting, ABCs, singing and dancing too!

We love Tutor Time in AV. They are very flexible with my daughter's schedule. All the staff is extremely qualified, friendly and my daughter loves going to "school" everyday.

The bathrooms were covered in urine and when I brought it to the attention of one of the assistant directors -she minimized, downplayed and gave me quite an attitude because I brought it up.

Review based on attempted interaction with Tutor Time, my child didn’t not attend.Made a reach out asking for more information. Shortly following the requested started receiving telemarketing calls. Their service called me 4 times between 8PM and 9PM. Answered and explained how I wanted to speak to Tutor Time however calling me 4 times within 1 hour while I put my little one to sleep was inappropriate. Their response was “we will stop calling you within 30 days”. Great...

We love Tutor Time! They have fantastic staff and great options for families with odd schedules. We have the flex plan and it works perfectly for us. We are thankful for the extended hours and love the app that sends messages to us. They send pictures and inform us of all the things are children are learning. Plus, we can send a message through the app and contact the teacher immediately.

Love Tutor Time! They are so accommodating to my family's constantly changing schedule and I love that they bus school aged kids to/from school themselves. All of the teachers are so sweet- my two year old has a hard time being dropped off and his teacher is always ready to take him from me and hold and soothe him to make him feel better. I always feel like my kids are in the best hands when they are there and they always have so much fun!

Tutor time in Apple valley is an awesome childcare and early education center. Karen, the director is such a friendly person to be around and very knowledgeable of the field she works in. The center is beautiful and they have an awesome village play room inside as well as a large motor room for the kids. I would definitely recommend this center for all your childcare/education needs!
