“I called the U-Haul location closest to me and asked for a 6x12 trailer - which they did not have. He forwarded my request on to central scheduling. I received a text 30 minutes later with a reservation and a pickup location of this store in Apple Valley. I confirmed all the information on-line and waited for the day to arrive. On the day, I arrived promptly at 7:00am and was on my way, trailer in tow, by 7:21am. I needed an adapter for the trailer light which I need to purchase - but would have anywhere. $13.00 was a reasonable price for a quick solution. I spoke with the owner when I dropped that trailer off and complemented her on her team. The service was seamless start to finish.”
