Glenn was very helpful and knowledgeable. I also have a mattress company but in another state so I knew more than the average buyer. And the cost for the quality was very good. Also tried his best to accept our delivery schedule.

Glen was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and a pleasure to work with!! He was friendly and I felt zero pressure to purchase anything.I did end up buying a mattress and it's been amazing - lots of support and comfort. OMF products are high quality (made in the USA) and are very reasonably priced. I can't say that about the several other mattress brands that I've tried!

The manager, Glen is very friendly, knowledgeable, and sincere. He let me put a down payment for my mattress, and is holding it for me. I really like the selection and how they are not pushy. Very happy so far. Will post more when I have paid for mattress and used it for a bit.

Wanted to buy a new mattress at a decent price. Went to a few places and decided to try them out. What a great decision! Lynn helped me out and he was so helpful, knowledgeable & friendly. Their prices were very affordable compared to other places and higher quality. Also I’m receiving the mattress within the same week.

I just have to say that working with Glenn Kray the manager of the Apple Valley Minnesota location was a pleasure. The mattress was delivered promptly and it is sooooooooo comfortable!!!!!!!!! My husband and I will definitely be returning to OMF for our future mattress purchases!!!! Thanks Glenn for all of your assistance!

horrible will not ever go back there again, we purchased a $1,200 matress and a week later the matress started to sag on one side I called to complain they were not very helpful, I ask for a refund they said NO REFUNDS, it felt like they sold me a used mattress and I was not happy. they offered an exchange but why would i want the same poor quality matress again.they never told me at the time of purchas that ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Great low-pressure shopping experience, and lots of "mattress education". Prices were outstanding compared to the big furniture stores of the world - but the quality is obviously there! We are very very happy with our new mattress.

Great shopping experience, great prices, and a real education on what goes inside a quality mattress. We are extremely happy with our new mattress and with the process of purchasing from the store. No pressure, no sales gimmicks, we were able to take our time and really evaluate our choices. The mattress we purchased was at least the equivalent, if not better, than ones we saw at the big box furniture stores - and we probably saved $1500!

Outstanding customer service. Glenn was very knowledgeable about the different types of mattresses, and he helped us choose a mattress that would work for both of us. We love our new mattress and are happy to once again have a double-sided mattress that can be flipped and will last more than a couple of years. We know the quality and craftsmanship are superb.
