Target is my store to shop at. The employees are very friendly and helpful. Any item you are looking for can be found. I like the grocery store. There are many items to choose from. I would like to have Target carry more plant-based food items. I have a Birthday email, but I did not have the Target App in my phone. The cashier today told me how to get the Target App. Thank you Target and employees!

I was sold two invalid gift cards at the Richfield Target location. I went in to this location (closest to me at the time), and explained the whole situation and the two women at the exchange/return counter were extremely rude and dismissive. I went in on 12/22/24 in the mid afternoon. Whoever was working at that time, on that day, needs more training. They told me that Target gift cards aren’t considered Target merchandise and they can’t do anything about it and wouldn’t grab a manager when I asked for one. I asked her, “so i’m essentially out $150 because these gift cards are invalid?” and she looked at me and just said, “yes.” with a deadpan expression. She didn’t even try to rectify it, or offer ANY solutions. Just told me I was out of all of that money. That is extremely poor customer service and unacceptable. Thankfully, I live in woodbury so I will never have to go back to this specific location where the employees are no help and don’t actually want to do their job. Do better.

While doing some Holiday shopping and some grocery items, I was 'hit up' not once, but twice by 2 women who were begging for money to purchase baby clothes and food for the Holiday's. The lack of response by Target employees, in which I brought to their attention, appeared that this was a borm at Target. As a founder of a local non-profit, I am well aware of the services that are offered in our community to help people in need of warmth and dignity. The events I experienced by the panhandle today just appeared to be moving the people from the street, with a cardboard sign, to inside the store to solicit from the stores shoppers. Target employees pushed/snubbed the issue and didn't seem to care - making it more my problem! I will not be back!

Might as well do the shopping in-store instead of doing drive-up as it takes longer sitting here waiting when order is "ready" every time. Inconvenient instead of the other way around

Beware of drive up orders disappearing here - I just drove all the way to this Target when there’s one across the street from our home only to learn I waited forever in the parking lot because they couldn’t find my order and there were not anymore in stock on the floor so they said someone must have accidentally pushed it through. Nothing but a sorry from the store employee or the lead they sent out at my request to discuss the inconvenience.

Nate at the self checkout deserves a raise! He is a MACHINE! Every time I come here and he’s working he’s always on top of it, very kind, and keeps it running smooth. Nate is awesome and very appreciated.

Found a few good deals on items I needed, but still don't see much of a markdown on deli, meat, and most fresh produce items. Overall, I was pleased with my purchases. Even found a good Circle deal on previously expensive yogurt drinks.

Target drive up is careless! Just picked up a bag leaking with soap that ruined all other items and the worker did not even notice. I’ve tried calling customer service 4 times in addition to other numbers and it just rings

Went to the electronics department to buy a 350 dollar speaker. It took 15 minutes to get any employee to come to the area despite many assistance button presses. When I told the employee I just need the glass unlocked to look at this speaker, he told me “no”, that he was going to find something for somebody in the warehouse and he’ll be back in 10 minutes. I promptly left and found my 350 dollar speaker at Walmart with ease with great customer service.

I use pick up once a week for groceries and everyone is so helpful and kind. I also do some in store shopping as well and cashiers are great. The girl that has been in self checkout recently (Monday mornings) is so sweet
