Love love love target drive-up. The app is so easy to use and the drive up is so convenient. Apple Valley South is always so quick to prepare drive up order (usually less than two hours) and the staff is friendly. Thankful for this option as a busy, working mom!

Probably one of the worst managed targets in the area. Don’t expect to grocery shop here and find what you need, if they ever have produce (often they’re out) it’s moldy or unusable. I have to go out of my way make the drive to the one on cedar or even Burnsville if I’m set on getting my stuff from target. Often I give up and spend the extra to go elsewhere, not worth the red card discounts.

Has everything you need. Store employees were helpful when I couldn't find some items I needed for my daughter. Love that they have everything you need in one stop.

Thank you to Jae at customer service for going above and beyond. Kindness and patience go a long way ! I wish I could get his last name so his Supervisor could recognize him.

I wish I could give this store a -100000 because of the of what I experienced. I came in a couple of hours ago to buy some flowers as I been coming in for the past week with no issues. I called the store just to let them know that I was missing a few roses from my pack. And to double check bags. I own a flower business. I had to give my client a couple roses short because I did not have time to come back and return it. As I was telling the employee maxy, about the roses she proceeded to tell me to wait on the line to figure it out. She had forgot to put me on mute and I heard her whole conversation with another employee on how “certain demographics call and prolong the conversation when they’re doing something illegal. They can just come back and get a refund instead of looking for discounts” not once did I mention a refund or discount. I was baffled I started to record the end of the conversation cause I was too stunned to process that was really happening. I’m a young black women and that’s what she was pertaining to my “demographic” it’s crazy cause she hasn’t even seen me or known me to assume that. Please do not go here they are racist and all this in the month of black history is crazy!

I wont be coming back here. Second time I have seen discrimination here. Terrible. Zoe in customer is selectively rude.

this is my go to target since moving to the area in 2021 and shop at least once per week. overall the employees are very friendly and helpful. the store is always clean, especially love the organic grocery selection and how much fresher everything is than the grocery stores around here. 8/10 times they have what i need in stock.

Taking merchandise off of shelves because of bible thumpers is not the way to keep customers

The quality of this target has gone down hill over the past few years. Not only are they consistently out of products, staff members are EXTREMELY RUDE. The amount of times I’ve been nearly run down by an employee shopping for online orders and gotten no apology is insane.I go to this particular target due to convenience from work and home however I’ll be going to the other Apple valley one from now on. The other day I went in asking for help with one of my orders that target canceled. The team lead that was called to help me stated “I won’t honor this” not even “I can’t” it was “I won’t”. As a manager myself I was shocked not only by her choice of words but her unwillingness to listen to what happened. I called target corporate and they DID INFACT HONOR and FIX the mistake.

Target engages in deceptive marketing practices that will deprive older and less affluent customers of promised gift card rebates. Tonight while shopping at my local Apple Valley South Target, I saw dozens of signs advertising that if you bought $50 in household items, you'd receive a 15 dollar gift card at checkout. I selected over 60 dollars in products and checked out. I loaded my car and realized I hadn't received the gift card. I returned to the clerk and asked for my gift card. She informed me that I only got that if I showed the offer on my Target app. If I wanted the gift card, I'd have to go back out in the rain and dark and bring everything back in to void the sale and check out again. I couldn't believe what a scam this was. Many people don't have smart phones or aren't technically proficient. This is deceptive marketing! When I complained at guest relations, I was told I couldn't talk to a real manager, just a teen who said he was "sort of a manager". Eventually they gave me 15 off but "Shame on you Target!"
