My $1800 Samsung zfold needs to be replaced, but I still have 14 months of payments on it, and they would not help. The $25 per month insurance would make the phone a $2600 phone... which is a huge rip-off. The salesman was nice. It wasn't his fault.

Went in on Sunday around 2 pm. My wife wanted to start service and get a new phone. There were two workers and maybe 3 people before us. NO worker said hi or anything to us for the ten minutes we stood there. We decided to leave horrible customer service!

The only reason I am giving them 4 stars is because if Matt. He stayed well past close to make sure my wife’s new phone worked properly before leaving the store. He was super knowledgeable and informative and helped us with a million questions. Thank you Matt!But, I do not recommend working with Laura. She was obviously waaaayyyy too busy talking Spanish to these five guys, convincing them to all get either new phones or cases or whatever to help us out. We waited for one hour or more (after being told it was going to be 20 minutes) to get helped. This lady knew there were other customers waiting, but she had to flirt with these five guys to convince them that they needed all this stuff.I do not recommend ever dealing with her. Obviously she only cares about getting a sale and not about the customers; unlike Matt!

Had a great experience at TMobile today. Never thought I'd say that about a phone provider! I went in to switch carriers and was greeted immediately, and put on a short wait list. About 5 min later, Laura helped me with what I needed, and it was painless. She was very knowledgeable and kind. Thanks!

My man hasan was super helpful with my transitioning from android to the iPhone 15 pro max. Great guy always smiling. He was able to help me out today in the middle of helping another gentlemen. Very good multitasker. Did 2 different jobs at the same time. I’ll always go back to him specifically

Walked in and was asked what they could help me with and when I told them I wanted to buy a new phone he said they didn’t have that one in stock so I asked if he could check if any other locations had it. He said sure and disappeared. I stood there for 20 minutes and finally looked around and realized he was helping other people. So I left and another lady was walking in and I said “be prepared to be ignored”. So she left too. This location is closest to my house but I will not return - it’s always terrible customer service. Ive been with T-Mobile since the beginning. They need to figure their customer service out.

Plain awful experience transferring two phones and iwatch to tmobile. In store for 5+ hrs, on the phone with tmobile 90 minutes the next two days, and again today as vmail never was working. Truly a company not very worried about customer service and gaining customer trust. Zero compensation offered for the frustrating and lengthy time spent in store and on phone with customer care. Data services solid, but my respect and trust will be hard to earn back after this experience.

We've been to a few others T-Mobile stores in the area and had terrible experiences leading to more problems than before we went in. I honestly wasn't optimistic in coming here, but was glad we did! From entering the store, we were greeted in about a minute. All associates were busy with customers, but the store manager, Mike, checked us in when he had a chance. It was a weekend so they were understandably busy. Cole helped us out and even save us money (pending confirmation on my next bill). He walked us through the process and kept us informed of what was happening each step of the way. He also mentioned they had a sale on accessories, but after responding that we weren't interested, didn't push any further. Not pushy salespeople here, just great service!

Hunter was extremely helpful and satisfied our needs in a timely manner. After our experience at the Rosemount store, we were very frustrated with Tmobile. Hunter made it easy and frustration free. Well go back to this store next time we need help.

Do not switch to T Mobile!! I own a business and attempted to transfer all devices/service to T Mobile back in January of 2022. I was assigned a business rep for the transition because of how many devices we have and was promised that everything would be taken care of. After many, many months, emails and phone calls the service was switched to T Mobile. Or so we thought. I cannot even begin to describe the low quality service provided. It was honestly, the worst customer experience in my entire life. On top of that, the cellular service itself was spotty at best. Callers could hear me when talking on the phone and there were SO MANY dropped calls. When I explained the problem to T Mobile, they provided an antenna connected to my own WiFi at my house. Sure this helped when I was at home but as I am sure that you can imagine, it didn't do anything to improve my service when I was around town. We switched all our devices (28) back to Verizon and all the dropped calls disappeared. After all this time T Mobile is still charging for service on devices that they never transferred. (charging for services not ever rendered and devices that were never provided) Complete fraud. Stay Away!!
