It looks like I should of read the reviews before coming to this store because the wait time was horrible and we still didn’t get help because we were no longer going to be patient. And T-Mobile I don’t need a rely on how y’all gonna figure this wait time out because 11 months to a year ago you have the same complaints.

Went to store and checked in. 1 hour later there has been no movement. I was 2nd in line and the people ahead of me are still waiting. Leaving now, don't waste your time here. There are plenty of stores around here.

I almost want to cancel my service through T-Mobile because of the service I just didn't receive. I ordered 2 Google pixel 7 pros through T-Mobile's online service and forgot to add the phone cases to the order. No big deal i thought, I'll just go into a store location and buy 2. Nope I was wrong I stood there for 20 minutes after being told when I asked if I can pay for the 2 cases (in my hands) that someone will be with you shortly. Needless to say I walked out with nothing since I couldn't wait any longer because my wife and kids were growing impatient waiting in the car. You lost my business today and everyday going forward. Hopefully the other people there saw how they treated their customers and left after I did

Worst thing that can happen to a person is walking in this T-Mobile store. If you are in mood to ruin your day, just walk in to this T-Mobile store at Apple Valley. The service is so slow, I could feel myself growing old. The staff doesn’t seem to care that customers are waiting for more than an hour. I just walked in to get a prepaid connection, and it has been more than an hour and no one has attended me yet. Nobody in the T-Mobile staff is showing any sense or urgency or concern that customers are waiting. If this is what they consider what good customer service is, I don’t know why they have any customers. I didn’t have patience to wait anymore. Walking out after waiting for more than an hour. What’s surprising to me was, when I entered the store and they checked me in, they said there are only two people ahead of me, so it should take too long. Out of those two people before, one got tired of waiting and left. So there was only one customer left before me and even after an hour no one in the staff was available to attend me.

Me and my friend went there for screen protectors. They checked us in and proceeded to not help us for an entire hour and a half. They finally get to helping my friend. They took another 45 minutes to come out with a screen protector. And they didn’t even have one for my friends phone. So they had us there for 2 hours for just screen protectors, just to not have the product we need in the end. I understand being busy helping other people but waiting two hours to find out they don’t even have what we needed is absolutely insane.
