Adam, the sales person was very helpful. Listened first to our sleep needs then steered us to the right product. Joe, the one who processed our transaction was courteous and answered all our questions. Lastly. at 50% off and free in home set up was within our means.

My wife and I went into the store to purchase a new mattress and adjustable base. The first salesperson was okay until not! My wife was filling out the credit application while I was browsing for pillows, I look over and she was about to sign thinking it was for credit application. Nope it was a purchase agreement, stopped her and looked at the price. It was 500 more than on their website. The manager came over, he was great to deal with. Delivery team is terrible, not the store’s fault. But the best is absolutely terrible and when we tried to return it they said we signed a contract to keep the base. The staff needs to learn how to communicate with their customers and not take advantage of people. Now we’re out about $6000 and have a bed sitting in my garage because I won’t even put it in my guest room with the back pain it caused the two of us.

Unbelievably rude. Manager yelled at my grandma and talked down to my mom. Never visiting this store again.

Never going to visit Sleep number again. I went with my cousin to the Apple valley store, store employee was not at all interested to talk to us, he was talking as if he is doing favor by talking to me, his first statement was “this is a Matress store”, yes I also know it’s a mattress store I am not in a pizza shop. If you want to get insulated visit this store

The free 100 night trial is a lie! They delivered an inferior mattress that did not meet the specifications on their website. It uncomfortable and it didn't fit the frame. Then they wanted me to wait four weeks to exchange, that is just crazy. So I returned the mattress and they are expecting me to pay for both delivery and pickup of the inferior quality mattress. So the scam is they get money from you weather you like it or not. Don't buy anything from these thieves!

Wonderful experience with Shane!! Treated so well and helped by making this decision so easy. Most sales places won’t even speak to me with my husband standing next to me. Shane gave me the equal time and respect that he gave my husband. Such a fun experience, we are sending my mom in to get a new bed.

I feel bad for the workers here. Came in to look at sleep number beds. Have family that recommended them to me. When I was there, the manager Shane was talking down to the workers. Made me feel very uncomfortable. My wife and I were the only ones in the store (easy to here things). To make it worse, he kept looking at my wife. Was very very uncomfortable. I ended up going to the Burnsville store to buy my sleep number bed. Had a great experience at the other store. Don't go to the Apple Valley store. If you work with the manager Shane, run out fast.

Always treated with respect and kindness with every experience with Shane. I’ve now sent all my children to him to get their beds. He is truly a valuable asset and has made me a Sleep Number fan for life.

What a great experience we had here after an awful experience at another location. We do not communicate the best and we were welcomed with respect and compassion. The manager reached out to a friend to help us aske the questions that we were srtuggling to communicate to him. We have not ever felt more valued since moving to this state. Thank you to the manager and the level of respect and professionalism that was shown to us by him and his team.

This review is both specific to this store and Sleep Number in general. I was to have the i8 delivered 10/27/21 as I purchased the bed on 9/9/21. I received several confirmation emails in the past weeks re-confirming the delivery. I even received a text the day before giving me my time slot between 3-6 on 10/27. I received a phonecall at 11 AM on the 27th stating that they have to reschedule to 12/10/21!! seriousely?!! At this time I am extremely upset as I have everything prepared for delivery at this point. So I call the store and talk to the manager that basically says they can't do anything about it and to call customer service. He was completely rude and barely apologetic. He obviousely did not have the training to deal with upset customers. Upon hanging up I said "goodbye" but he just hung up on me. Very rude. I then proceed to call customer service. They are able to pull my delivery up ton 12/7/21 as well as give me a "small" credit. Barely anything. They also proceed to tell me that its "possible" the date could be moved up. And blame the issue on a 3rd party. I understand shipping delays in these times, but I honestly believe that this company should know if a truck is going to arrive the day before for the next days deliveries or not. Corporate needs to get on track with this! They should have known about this delay days ago or even 24 hrs before. Not hours before they are to deliver. How dissapointing.
