Not recommend that place! I bought some hair toner here and ask if there is anything to know about - the seller was - I guess tired? Or something else- she said no just put it all over your hair.. yeah great! Turned out I got bleached my entire hair! Thanks for nothing

The sally store itself is great. The problem i had was with Joyce. I was opening the bottles of Gel nail polish, and mind you, it’s gel. They don’t dry out like regular nail polish. Joyce came up behind my friend and i and told us repeatedly to stop opening the gels and to look at the color on the bottle. I had told her that with that specific brand (ASP) the color that’s around the brush on the top doesn’t match the color in the bottle, at all. She then proceeded to hover over our shoulders the remainder of the time we were shopping. She also violated the company policy by accusing my friend of stealing. When we walked into the store with a previously purchase polish my friend had bought early today (8-7-2023) because that color didn’t match what we were needing to match, the other employee working saw us and knew we walked in with it because we told her what happened and why we were there (the color was on her nails also). When I was checking out, Joyce had asked if we were paying separately and my friend responded with “No i already bought this” and Joyce then said “well where’s the receipt” and my friend explained to her that we drove my car and that her car wasn’t here so she didn’t have the receipt. My friend opened her hand and Joyce then took the polish from her hand and went to go scan it and check the stock and when she realized we hadn’t taken it, she gave it back and didn’t apologize for accusing her of stealing it. So, good store and good other 2 employees but I was NOT pleased with how we were treated by Joyce. Unbelievable experience.

Britt helped me w an exchange with gel polish last week. She was inviting, friendly, helpful! And she was gracious when I was short two pennies! An asset to your store!

Absolutely horrible. I called before driving out to see if they had the Wahl Senior Cordless clippers in stock. On Amazon they are $124.99 and the lady said they have them, I asked pricing and she said $129.99 so I decided to drive 45 minutes to Sally's. When I got there, she said the price is actually $197.99. Absolutely horrible, I asked if she could help me out at all since she lied and she said no. Horrible customer service, lied to me, wasted my time. Beyond frustrated. I've been a Sally's member for years, I've bought all my shampoo for my customers here. I've bought a few of my other clippers here and was willing to pay the up charge but I am beyond frustrated at this point.

Had to leave a 5⭐ review for ✨Brit!✨ I was in a bind and Brit not only went above and beyond to help me- but she did it so genuinely! She was knowledgeable, professional, and most importantly kind! Customer service seems to be almost nonexistent in the retail world but Brit really shines!! I enjoyed our exchange and look forward to returning to this location in the future. I highly recommend! I miss the old staff! The woman who helped us out at a the counter was insanely rude and refused to look up my rewards and I know I have a 15$ off that expires soon but she refused to look it up. I’m an ex-sally beauty employee I know that they can do that. She also wouldn’t listen to me, every word I said was wrong according to her. Ma’am no offense but I’m 20, I think I know how to work my phone better than you do. Not only all this but she also took 10 minutes (not joking!) to grab our change of $4.01, I believe her name was Joyce. Worst employee I’ve ever came across, I will go out of my way to not go to this location for the next time I need items from Sally’s. Not trying to be a negative Nancy, just being honest.

If i could give this place 0 stars i would. The employee's dont know anything about hair or nails. The best answer they can give you is "I dont know". Im a beauty student which means i get a discount. Multiple times i was given the discount of 40%, today when i went there i was told that its 10% by the same employee who had rang me up multiple times. She argued with me about the minnesota state laws about beauticians and licenses. I will never be going to another Sally's due to the fact that the employee's think they know everything about the beauty industry. You work at a retail store, do you job and restock the shelves which have been empty for month's. Worst store to buy beauty supplies, go elsewhere.

I always thought you needed to have some knowledge about cosmetology to work here it is a beauty supply store and I ask the older women a few basic questions about drying hair and she didn't have a clue and was rude because we interrupting her cell conversation so we left with buying anything we came back the next week and a younger gal was working and was very helpful she knew and answer questions perfectly I really think when hiring someone to work in a beauty supply store you should have some type of knowledge about ur job and customer service

We needed to make a quick root touch up for a wedding next weekend. Upon entering the store, I immediately looked at Kim, the store manager, and said "we need your help!" Kim didn't hesitate to give us a run down of what was available, helped us select a color, and descibed to us what to do. I even called her when I got back home to clarify her instructions, and she was, again, very patient, kind and helpful. Some of the best customer service I've ever received. Thank you Kim!!!
