This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They send you supplies you do not ask for and then they will not take them back. Do not do business with this company. Robo calls are non-stop and there seems to be no way to get off the list.

The staff at the Apple Valley office are first rate!
Taylor has been most helpful with keeping this “antique” up to date with the changing technology and updates to my aging cpap equipment.
I appreciate the patient and thoughtful attention Taylor gives to my every need.

Have had tanks & machine since March 2022. We’ve tried calling & vm with NO RESPONSE. They keep sending notifications via email of owing $. Unable to access online for invoice..we will never do business with them again. Rotech you NEED to get your $&@! together. Interesting marketing strategy..make contact impossible so company can keep charging you. Wow. Just wow. If times weren’t beyond difficult enough, let’s screw the weak and sick customers out of hundreds of dollars. Come get ur equipment (since March 2022) and you are NOT going to charge me for storage.Tried to fill out equipment return request 3x, nope, it would NOT allow me to submit.

After receiving a call from them three weeks ago, I promptly returned the oxygenator. However, despite making four follow-up calls and leaving messages, I haven't received any response. Frankly, I don't see the point in wasting more time by trying to contact them via email. Instead, I've decided to get in touch with my doctor and have them send my sleep study and prescription directly to a different provider. This whole experience with them has been quite disappointing and frustrating!

I am writing this review to share my disappointment with my recent employment experience at Rotech. Unfortunately, my short time at this company was marked by several concerning issues that impacted my overall perception of the organization.Initially, my interaction with the staffing agency and the initial onboarding process with Rotech seemed promising. However, as I settled into my role, I started noticing certain aspects of the workplace that raised red flags.One major concern was the frequent disregard for professionalism displayed by the management. While there were no overt outbursts, I observed instances where the boss exhibited unprofessional behavior. This included engaging in immature conduct and displaying a lack of emotional control in certain situations. Such behavior can be detrimental to the overall work environment and can create a sense of unease among employees.Furthermore, I witnessed a tendency to cut corners within the organization. The emphasis on speed and efficiency sometimes overshadowed the importance of quality and attention to detail. As a result, important aspects of the work were compromised, affecting the final product and the company's reputation. It was disheartening to witness a lack of commitment to excellence and a disregard for the long-term success of the organization.Regrettably, the unprofessionalism I experienced during my termination further underscored the overall lack of professionalism within the organization. The decision to involve the police when I went to collect my belongings was unwarranted and disproportionate. It not only tarnished the company's reputation but also exhibited a lack of respect and consideration towards a departing employee.Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend Rotech as an employer. The concerning behaviors I witnessed, including the lack of professionalism, cutting corners, and the boss's frequent absences, created an unfavorable work environment. It is crucial for organizations to prioritize professionalism, open communication, and respect for their employees. Unfortunately, Rotech fell short in these areas, and I believe that potential employees should be aware of these issues when considering opportunities with the company.

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. Do NOT use this company. My CPAP prescription was sent to Rotech on 3/6/23. I did not receive the machine until 4/13/23, and the delay had nothing to do with backorders. I had to call them numerous times from the time my prescription was sent until I actually received the machine. I was told by their Rochester location that the Apple Valley office was closed - and they were closed for 10 days! Then, when someone was supposed to be back in the office, I left messages with NO return phone calls. The machine just showed up at my door, even though I was originally told Rotech was to do a survey to determine what type of mask to send me. Nope. I am moving my account away from this company....how they are even in business is a mystery to me.

Absolutely worthless company. Never ever answer their phone, or return voice mail messages. Takes a long time to get replacement equipment. Get you medical supplies elsewhere.

I agree with all the negative comments posted here. They called me three weeks ago and asked me to return their call. I've called 4 times since then and left messages, with absolutely no response. Why would I want to waste more of my time by sending them an email? I'm calling my doctor and having them send my sleep study and prescription over to Apria. This place is a joke!*Edit January 25, 2023*It's interesting that you took the time to respond to a negative review I posted earlier today, but you STILL haven't given me a call. Again, why would I want to waste more of my time by sending you an email?

Can't get ahold of anyone. No one answers the phone. Slow to respond to voicemail or email. Strange hours. My orthopedic office said they should be ashamed for issuing me a walker without wheels and that I need to get one with wheels. When I got there to pick it up they could not find it, and not sure this is even the wheel chair they billed my insurance for. Hard to believe they billed insurance over $300 for it when you can buy one on Amazon for $50 with wheels.

Hello everyone and thank you Taylor. Rotech has covered me for the past 7 years now. I had great service from Rotech of Apple Valley. I see some bad reviews posted on here. I think its due to being they are still short staffed after the Covid-19 scare. Try and remember its hard to find people to work lately when unemployment pays better than a paycheck. Peace everyone and be safe now.

Very hard to reach an actual person when you call. Expect a few days before they call you back. It took them 2 months to send my information to their cpap supplies distributor. Looking into changing companies

I had been trying to get a four wheel walker for three weeks for a friend and I talked to Taylor and she worked on it for me and she could do it for me by running it through the insurance without a copay when your on a budget it means everything. I just want to add to my review it's been a couple of years since we needed medical needs and as I told you before if you need anything medical supplies like wheelchairs or CPAP supplies please call them Taylor is fantastic and very personable for your needs.

I have been trying to get oxygen tanks and machine picked up since December 17, 2021, They have "scheduled " twice but never showed up or return phone calls. Customer service terrible, avoid this place.

they have been harassing us since may 2021. they cannot get their stuff in a row, to bill insurance. one mgr. told me my account is paid in full. today 6th collection letter. NOW, I am going to retain counsel and sue for harassment and theft. they are demanding equipment back after its already been paid. AVOID THIS PLACE! could not even properly set my machine. my sleep app. dr. had to reset it properly! this place is a joke. do not waste your money here, go to corner medical or jackson medical or some other place.
