We have been using the Apple Valley Paradise Location for years and we have been immensely pleased and impressed with the level of service we get. The prices are actually very reasonable when you consider the quality of the product. The wash itself is thorough, never any dirty patches left like when using a gas station car wash. We also find it to be economical to pay for the exterior monthly wash pass because we drive older vehicles and getting them washed frequently has greatly reduced the impact of the MN salty roads on the body of our older vehicles.
I also love that we can be in and out fairly quickly, with a nice lobby to wait in, clean and updated bathrooms, and they often serve free popcorn and coffee. The staff is ALWAYS friendly. Great asset to our neighborhood.

Paradise did a wonderful job , 2018 Tahoe had very hard dog hair to get , they did, and the truck is so much better. Thank you for your hard work, I would have anyone go for an excellent , to Paradise . Thank you again

I had my car detailed there today. When I dropped it off I was told they closed at 7. (Also confirmed with google) I was told my car would take all day and I would need to come back at the end of the day unless they called to tell me it was done earlier. I never got a phone call so I arranged a ride to drop me off at 6:50 and they were closed and gone for the day. I never received a call telling they wanted to close up early or I would have come earlier. Now I do not have a car to get my children to daycare and school tomorrow and will have to take an Uber to work. So very inconsiderate. I can't comment of the detail as I haven't seen it yet.

Expensive car wash for not completing everything , the cup holder is dirty every time I have tip to get it cleaned.
To the owner : you should add cleaning the cup holders as part of the wash cuz as a customer that’s the very first thing we look at , I would have the first team hit it with the air and then the dude that drive it soak it with the spray and last team to wipe it down .

My name is Deonna I started car wash in April this year I have 2 vehicles I cancelled my monthly car wash on May 1, 2024 both of my cars got scratched up really bad I went to the car wash in Applevalley Minnesota Jesse even said it look like the brushes did it he also lied and told me I’ll get a refund check back in a week I called today he said I don’t get a refund and how he wrote it on the paperwork he gave me to sign he just wrote it on the paperwork today I signed the cancellation forms on May 1, 2024 so I called Better Business Bureau on this company they pitiful the owner didn’t even do anything so I’m reaching out to somebody else also just wanted every one to know the bad experience I received so stay away from this company!!!!
