I received prompt, personalized service for a difficult print job that required a quick turnaround. The person who helped me was knowledgeable and innovative, and suggested the best way for me to achieve the result I needed in a short amount of time. I picked up my brochures just two hours later, perfectly done. Good job, Office Depot!!!

When I go in to the Apple Valley store, there is always a very nice, knowledgeable young man who I frequently ask questions about a product or what will work. He is very personable and I would continue frequenting that store, hope they appreciate their employees.

I came into OfficeMax not sure how to finish a label project. Nicole was working and helped me out to the point of leaving the store with my completed labels and the knowledge that it can be done! She was very patient with me, knowledgeable, and experienced in the area of technology and the product. Unbelievably a positive experience.

I needed highlighters and a woman named Chris greeted me when I entered the store. I'm one of those people who like help, but don't want a 45 min help session, nor do I want to be followed around the store having my ear chewed off. Chris is exactly what and who I like, and wish every store I went to had people like her. Knowledgeable answers and gave you space to where she was close if you needed her but not breathing down your back.She knew exactly what items I wanted when I called them something different from their actual name and where everything I wanted was located. Helpful, Professional, and knew when to give space for wandering.Thank you Chris.
