I think its due to being they are still short staffed after the Covid-19 scare. Try and remember its hard to find people to work lately when unemployment pays better than a paycheck. “Great customer service- bought a pill crusher at a local boutique pharmacy in Florida & not even 6 months later, bottom rubber on unit started to peel away. It totally fell off after 8 months. Called the company & they replaced it immediately. Product could use better bonding material, but this pill crusher is much better than the one at Walmart and easier on the hands, especially if you have arthritis. I'd give it 3.5 stars. 5 stars is really for Laurie who provided awesome customer service and replaced unit with a pull cutter/crusher at her suggestion. That one didn’t work as well as the one we had. So I called back & she promptly shipped a new one exactly like the one in the photo, except it's orange. Hope the bottom rubber lasts longer this time. ?”

“Knowledgeable, fast, and friendly. Called on a Friday prior to a Christmas holiday weekend - not too many businesses open. Without equipment likely would have needed to go to a care facility. Thought we needed a lift-chair and a bed. Ken said most people go with just the lift-chair and sleep on it. Ordered the lift chair, within two hours it was set up in our house and in use. Delivery person (James) was extremely nice and very knowledgeable. Ken was right we did not need the bed!”

“I have been working with Sightpath Medical for a couple years now in the NE region, and I have loved my job. My managers are awesome and easy to talk to. I have no call or holidays that I need to work. This is not a travel job, in that it is not a contract but a permanent position and they hire you so that you are in the region that you work, you normally only drive a few hours to your farthest site and rarely need a hotel. If you need a hotel, they cover that and all expenses for any travel. You also typically do not work 5 days a week. I wish I would have considered this type of employment sooner- if considering applying - tell them that Kari Lawson recommended the job!”
