I caked for information before I went and the owner was very helpful. I needed to get some medicine to Texas asap at the start of a holiday weekend. He processed the order and it was in TX the following day before noon. Great service.

This might be the friendliest business in town, not kidding. Tim does a great job packing anything you might need. I've sent items all around the world from here and they always arrive quickly and in good condition. After trying some of local FedEx and UPS outlets, there no comparison for the service and friendly help you get here. It's night and day. I will always go out of my way to do business here.

Tim - the owner of this shipping store is fantastic! I had to ship a TV. Tim came up with a packing solution so the TV would not get broken. Tim also picked up the TV for a small fee since I live out of town. Finally, Tim found a much cheaper shipping option that got to my destination at the same time as a much more expensive option. Tim was so responsive and called me several times to tell me where we were in the process. He is totally trustworthy and would not even take my credit card until everything was ready to go. It was such a pleasure to deal with Tim! I would use Tim for any shipping needs! He is such an amazing small business owner - you cannot go wrong with Tim!!!

Dropped a letter off for standard USPS shipping and it never made it to its destination. The back area of this business is an absolute disaster, so I'm not surprised that it got lost. It probably never made it out for pickup.
