At the amazon return desk on new year's day, around 4pm: One young white boy and one young black girl stood at the desk and didn't say a word to 3 of us in line for Amazon return. We all looked at the boy while he silently bagged 3 items, took his time putting stickers on some return items, looked at all of us but never said a word to any of us that someone would be helping us in a few minutes, and simply walked away without saying a word to any of us. When his replacement, a young black girl who also stood silently nearby and never said a word to any of us either, came in, she also never said a word about appreciating us for waiting and just said "can i help you?". Kohls, please teach your young college/high school aged kids to have better social skills to customers. They will only learn these skills on the job.

Tis the season to be busy and they were. Come time to check out my Kohl's card wouldn't work apparently because I haven't used it. Clerk was very patient and polite even though customers behind me were not! He helped with the new card questions and said I would get a new card in the mail. Nice guy!!

Tina at Sephora was not helpful. Took 20 minutes to get a manager to tell me I went to the wrong location to redeem a coupon. The coupon says any US location excluding JC penny… nothing about kohls. They had the product from the sampler pack and the from the coupon I have but since the coupon wouldn’t scan i was in the wrong. I wasn’t able to get the product I needed because I was instructed I purchased the wrong item and went to the wrong location. I was wrong for choosing Sephora and sad that I wasn’t helped. The young girl and lady being trained were very delightful and made small talk while I waited for 20 minutes. I will never purchase anything of Sephora (any location ever again) because of Tina from Canton. Happy holidays

Ordered product for self pick up, the girl who appeared to be having a bad day scanned my order # and told me to go to box 64. Being unfamiliar with this process and in a bit of a hurry. Went to box 64 and grabbed my bag. Upon getting home discovered that I had the wrong order, now for the inconvenience of going back to the store and exchange. Yes, partially my fault but where are the checks and balances here. I could have taken any product in this area and left the store, or grabbed someone's order and made a profit. I just think this is a poor system and extreme lack of customer service as the girl standing around could have easily retrieved my order, verified it and we are all satisfied. Lack of training, leadership, and customer experience. Very disappointed.

The person who checked me out is a wonderfuyl, happy woman who typically has riddles for customers with kids who come through the line. She recognized that I had biked to the store and thanked me for choosing that transportation. Wish I could remember her name, but I've been to her before and will look for her the next time I shop!

Sydney was the checkout associate that helped me at Apple Valley, MN Kohls and she was helpful as well as very cordial. Even though it was very busy, she still took the time to personalize the experience! One thing I was wondering though as I stood in line today is how long will the wait be on Black Friday since this Kohls is down to one area of registers.

Today, I shopped at the Kohl’s Apple Valley store, and received exceptional service from Mary Beth in the toddler clothing department, and Hani at the checkout register. So I wanted to give them a shoutout filled with thanks and sincere gratitude!

The employees of the Apple Valley, MN store were busy helping other customers. With a half hour to shop for 7 items, I had help choosing affordable jewelry as well as recommendations where to look for an all-weather jacket. The line to check-out was long but moved swiftly. I enjoyed watching your sales team interact with Grandmoms checking out with their grandchildren on their very first "back-to-school" clothes shopping trips. Nothing compares to the human-touch experiences Kohls offers from MD to MN.Thanks to Diana who verified my purchases. I spent $149 and saved $111.

Love the Apple Valley Kohls! Awesome deals and friendly staff. I was helped today with an exchange and service was amazing. I wish I had asked the name of the kind woman that helped me. The young lady helping at the Amazon return desk was also very friendly. Way to go Kohls!
